Enjoy a stylish and refurbished 54 m2 attic apartment that can accommodate 5 people. 1 km from the beach and the GR 34, you will also be close to amenities (bakery, grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy and doctor). You can also entertain yourself with seaside water activities or simply enjoy the petanque court in the apartment's parking lot. Plus, you'll be well located if you plan to visit Ouessant or Molène.

In the Armorica Natural Park, the Cap-Morgat residence is built around an old fort and equipped with a heated swimming pool. The site is spectacular and offers stunning sea views. For hikers, the apartment is on the GR 34 route. Please note: the pool is open and heated from early June to late September.
