Haïzaro is a recent house designed to be inhabited all year round, comfortable in winter and wide open to the sea and the garden. From the large terrace above the water, you can contemplate the bay and the cape of Erquy. On the dike, in front of the house, passes the GR 34 going from Mont Saint-Michel to the Loire estuary. The village of Erquy is about a 20-minute walk, less at low tide and a 5-minute drive (regardless of the tide). Erquy is lively all year round thanks to fishing.

Not far, also, from Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo and Cancale… It is located in a quiet area, at the end of a cul-de-sac in a green park of more than one hectare with a farmyard (chickens, peacocks, ornamental ducks) that will delight young and old. The house is simple and tasteful. The essentials are there!...

The house is comfortable, well-equipped, facing south, surrounded by a garden and a high terrace with stunning views.

Set in the village's former bread oven, from the outside you can see the pointed stones of the hearth opening. This unique place brings a warm feeling due to its small size and layout on 2 levels. Ideally located on the Côte d'Emeraude, the quietness of the countryside close to the sea. This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
