Brilliant stay! A stone's throw to a beautiful beach and lots of great restaurants, bars, creperies etc. Flat had everything we needed and was perfect for our family of 4. Wish we could have stayed longer, glad I've found this place for the next time we visit Saint Malo.

We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. It is perfectly located, in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not take advantage of the small balcony because we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We will keep this address safe because we will definitely come back. A big thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Aurélien's beautiful apartment, nothing is missing. The view is superb, and we were able to enjoy the terrace which is a real plus with the Easter sun! Aurélien is very friendly and pleasant, we will be happy to come back for other walks nearby.

We were travelling with bicycles and Yann’s place was perfect for us to start our cycle trip around Brittany. It’s a very short way from the ferry arrivals which was useful for our late arrival, secure bike storage area and lots on space in the living area for all of our bags. The place had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. Thank you Chris & Veronica

Very nice character house with an amazing view. We were 9 adults and we felt like we were at home, we were even able to enjoy the garden for lunch. A few minutes from the beach, the location is ideal. The kitchen is very well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfortable. We plan to be back!

 We had a great time! The accommodation is perfectly equipped, very clean and ideally located just steps from the beach. Everything was as advertised, and the hospitality was spotless. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great week with family at La Hunière. The house is comfortable, the living room is suitable for small children and the fireplace is very nice after a day at the beach (2 steps from the house!). A big thank you to Edouard and Madame Menard who were very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful and easy to discover from St Cast Le Guildo. We recommend it!

This lovely listing is as described. It is located close to the sea, on a quiet pedestrian street. Free parking is right next door. The house is very well-equipped, which made our stay easier (linens, childcare equipment, very well-equipped kitchen...).

Beautiful family home, tastefully decorated, with plenty of space for rest and sharing. And what about the location? A few steps from the GR34, the sea view windows allow you to enjoy the show all year round. The hosts were very responsive.

Bright, clean, well-equipped and good location. Comfortable bedding. A downside for those who sleep with the window open: noisy neighborhood, party people, delivery trucks. Otherwise, window closed, sound insulation ok. Free parking on Avenue des Terre neuviers, 8 minutes walk. Great hosting.

It's always nice to come to Patricia's! The apartment is great: spacious, well arranged and superbly decorated. The quiet and sunny balcony is a real plus. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms and the bathroom to put our things down. We also appreciate the parking and the possibility of doing everything on foot (beach, shops, restaurants, walks...). Finally, connecting with Patricia is always simple and easy. The stay at Laurence's went very well. The apartment is well located in relation to Saint Malo intra muros, quiet. Parking for the car is very convenient. Only slight inconvenience, the terrace is overlooked but overall we are very satisfied!

Apartment as described and very clean. Very well located: Saint-Malo intramural 10 minutes' walk, Sillon beach on the other side of the road… Gérard and Liliane were always very responsive in the exchanges. Marie-Claire was also very pleasant in managing the departure and arrival. In short, we had a great stay. Too short this time. We hope to be able to stay longer in the near future. Christophe was friendly and available. Following damage to the apartment originally chosen, he offered us a new, smaller but very suitable intra-muros accommodation. He was able to find a solution with Catherine the old one of our departure so that we could have a pleasant stay. Thank you for everything.

We 100% recommend this apartment! It was perfect in every way for our long weekend in Brittany… Quiet, peaceful, impeccably clean, very well-equipped… big plus for the terrace! What a joy to have a sea view! Very good communication with Chantal, a very caring host, attentive, responsive and strong recommendations for the must-see places/visits in the area. We'll be happy to go back to this little cocoon facing the sea.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful environment. Close to the hiking trails. Exceptional view of the accommodation from the various places on the terrace which is very large. The area is beautiful with many hikes or other things to do (St Malo by sea shuttle for example). Clément is very available and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

This is a lovely place, we would stay here again. The description and pictures in the listing are accurate. Beatrice was a great host, she met us when we got there and gave us a thorough orientation to the apartment. We had everything we needed there, we did pay the extra 10 euros for linens. There was a lot of room for us including lots of storage space. We highly recommend this place.
