Fantastic location! Just steps away from the sea. The house was perfect & also well stocked.

Nice place right on the beach and near restaurants. Provided a pack and play for our toddler. Note two showers (no tub) but one toilet.

Another stay at Hugues's, and it was a lovely time as usual. The apartment is as beautiful, pleasant as it is functional. Everything is done on foot, walks, getaway to Saint Malo by boat shuttle, shopping, shopping, the location couldn't be more central. We'll be back, that's for sure! See you soon, Laetitia

A true gem! If you are looking for a place in St Malo, this is the one! Conveniently located, with a side sea view from the window, quiet with the sounds of seagulls and waves… The appartement is also perfectly equipped. It was our second vacation with our baby and we were amazed by all baby accessories Marion prepared for us. From the bed to the chair, including the cutlery and the bath thermometer! An awesome place whether you are a solo traveler, a couple or a family! Thank you Marion

We had a pleasant stay In Erquy. The location and services are quality. Only downside, the basement of the house is also rented without the listing specifying it, and we did not have hot water for the last 2 days without the problem being resolved.

This was a beautiful farmhouse, generous hosts and very central location for travelling around Brittany. Everything you need is a short drive away (a car is necessary). We enjoyed the animals on the farm with our 16 month old and the garden is relaxing and peaceful. A wonderful stay.

Great family stay, the accommodation is very nice. Barbara and Dominique are very welcoming hosts with whom it was easy to communicate. We would highly recommend this if you want to spend a family vacation in a pleasant setting!

We had a pleasant Easter weekend with the family in this beautiful "Châtelier" cottage. Charming, very welcoming and very friendly home in a quiet and peaceful environment by the Rance. We were very pleased with our stay at Claire and Benjamin's. Only advantages (we ended up looking for the small details that could be improved): incredible village, location of the house in this village at the top (near the beaches, shops, etc. and very quiet), renovated house with very good quality materials and attention to detail, everything is well equipped and very nicely decorated (clean style with a lot of character), special mention for the very comfortable garden deckchairs and the provision of bicycles (neither electric, nor new, nor in the best condition - but sufficient to enjoy the joy of moving without a car in the village). Recommended without so much as a second thought.

the apartment is very functional, there is everything you need for a pleasant stay in Saint-Malo, the view from the kitchen window may be one of the most beautiful in the city (the binoculars left available to observe the landscape are a great idea!). Only small downside, but nothing serious, a lack of window and velux blanketing that can prevent sleeping in the morning. Otherwise everything is perfect, I would recommend!

Very pleasant, practical and functional accommodation. Impeccably clean, lots of amenities available. Very nice location 2 steps from the beach and walking trails. We are delighted with our stay and will definitely be back!

We had a great time with the family in Claire's apartment, which is very pleasant to live in and very well located. The kids enjoyed themselves and so did we. We had already come in 2022 and we all wanted to come back, the children talked about it regularly so we had a great time there. And we had a great time again, they loved being able to observe the tide again anytime from the living room and get to the beach in a flash. And Claire really welcomed us very warmly and took time to give us all the tips and tips to make our stay go smoothly. We will definitely go back next time!

The apartment is in a great location, clean and spacious workout. The sofa in the living room is very comfortable and the living room is far from the bedroom. We had a great time there with my cousin and her 6-month-old baby. To be recommended without hesitation

This was a great apartment. We have been here for 7 days, wandered around a bit and got to know Saint Malo. We would love to come back and we recommend this to anyone who is going to spend a few days in Saint Malo.

Very well located apartment to enjoy the Breton coast (5-minute walk to the center of Dinard and the beach) and the parking space is a real plus! The apartment is ideal for a couple, functional (equipment, facilities) and clean. Laurence was very welcoming and gave good tips to enjoy my stay, thank you! A highly recommended place that I will keep for future stays 😉
