Definitely recommended. Area felt safe, security guards were excellent and attentive. Apartment was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Never waited more than 3 minutes for an Uber. Communication with the owner was always quick and polite. I would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment is beautiful and it is extremely clean! Spotless!. The building staff are very friendly and helpful.

Sara as a host is absolutely amazing. She was so responsive to my questions. Her instructions were very clear. The security at the residence were very nice and concise. Felt very safe staying here. This place was clean & as described with several places to eat & a convenience store nearby. Great communication with the host and plenty of room for multiple people!

el lugar es justo como se describe.kevin es muy atento y pendiente de atender todas las necesidades. el lugar es muy bonito y amplio y en muy buen estado. la playa no es la mejor, esta cerca el acceso pero es un area muy concurrida. todo muy bien con el lugar

My family and I had a great time at Casa Martha. The house is clean and organized. Furniture is well maintained and clean. The beds are comfortable to sleep in. Bathrooms are clean and in good condition. The ceiling fans and air conditioning work great and really help keep the bedrooms cool. There are ceiling fans and regular fans downstairs to keep the first floor cool. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and everything was easy to find. The appliances are clean and ready to use. The backyard is beautiful with plants and greenery. The pool was clean and was so fun to use. It is also maintenanced weekly. Since the house is in a gated community, the area is very quiet and safe. There is a guard overlooking the community entrance day and night. No traffic/street noise heard at all. There is a plaza nearby with good restaurants/cafes and is easy to walk to. Gertrudis responded in a timely manner to any concerns/questions and provided friendly customer service.

The house is gated and offers a high level of privacy. It was very neat and clean, and I absolutely loved the patio. Having a washer and dryer was extremely convenient. The location was perfect for our visit to the US Embassy. Overall, the place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely return to explore the area and get to know it better.

Un lugar excelente, fácil de llegar, con vistas espectaculares y súper cómodo. La comunicación de parte del anfitrión hizo que nuestra llegada fuera fácil. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado

The place was incredible and well equipped! Elena was super helpful, attentive and friendly. She even met up with me when I forgot something at the apartment after I checked out. I highly recommend this place. The only downside is how difficult it can be to get Ubers to come pick you up sometimes and there can be a lot of traffic in the area but if you rent your own car and avoid rush hour, you won’t deal with any of these issues! Excellent experience.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely beautiful-clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. It was well-stocked with everything we needed, from kitchenware to household items, which made our stay incredibly comfortable. Cesar’s place was a fantastic find. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything you might need during your trip. Ideal for a solo traveler or a couple, it offers comfort, privacy, and peace of mind in a very secure area. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. I’d definitely book again!

This the the 11th time satay here. I love it. I highly recommend. It’s close to everything. And super close to my favorite club in San Salvador. Rooftop. I highly recommend. And the view. The best!!!!!!!!!
