Vacation rentals with a patio in Playa San Bartolo, Lima Province

WOW!..that's what I said every time I walked into the condo. stayed 6 weeks. huge balcony with stunning sunsets every night.. comfy beds, comfy everything. both bedrooms have full baths and balconies in each! flat screens in every room with fans in each room. rooftop pool steps away, outside sitting area steps away. gym, gas stove full kitchen. steps to Miraflores and heart of Barranco. I texted Carlos on my 2nd day to book for my next year. I have stayed in many of the buildings in Barranco and this is a piece of Heaven . tons of space and wow wow wow factor. 10 Stars . highly recommend. Carlos the host excellent . responds immediately. I did not need anything as everything works!

gracias Omar por tu atención, de inicio a fin fue buena la comunicación, el acceso es fácil, esta a sólo 13 minutos de punta hermosa, se puede ir a pasear, la piscina muy limpia, cerca al malecon de san bartola, tiene todo lo que se necesita , lo volvería a escoger, gracias!

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

Very safe location in Miraflores with a 24 hour security desk. So many restaurants and cafes in the area and very walkable. Daniel was very responsive and gave great tips on what to do, where to eat, etc. Due to Lima’s weather in early June, I would recommend opening the balcony doors as much as possible, due to the general humidity levels, and promote fresh air flow in the apartment (this was also previously communicated to us). There is some street noise from cars when you open the balcony doors but it’s not too bad. Overall amenities in the apartment were perfect for us.

My stay at Maria’s was comfortable. Everything was neat, clean and well organized. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the restaurants nearby are amazing. A bit noisy from the construction across the street but other than that…I would stay here again!

Muy lindo el lugar, tal cual en las fotos. Es amplio y acogedor, su decoración me dejó impactada. La atención de Miguel también fue muy amable y rápida.

La verdad que la casa es perfecta para pasar unos días de relajo con familia o amistades , la piscina es el alma de la casa , limpia , amplia , todo perfecto , recomendable , tienes minimarket cerca , restaurantes marinos si desean y pan con chicharrón para comer en el desayuno muy cerca y rico .

El departamento de Renee y Marion es espectacular, tiene vista a la playa y la zona es muy tranquila y segura. El duplex es amplio y cómodo, muy bien mantenido y prácticamente nuevo. La cocina y habitaciones súper bien equipadas. Es demasiado increíble que cada habitación cuente con su baño y adicional tenga un baño de visitas, creo que eso Permite a los huéspedes tener privacidad en cada espacio. Creo que el departamento incluso puede ser un éxito cuando el clima esté más templado porque el entorno es demasiado relajante. Volveremos segurísimo!

Nos quedamos unos dias en la casa de maritza y la pasamos muy bien. La casa tiene todas las comodidades, esta bien ubicada y Maritza es amable.

Super recomendable! la casa es acogedora y el condominio muy organizado y se puede caminar tranquilamente por el malecòn.

Our second time staying at Mildred's place, very easy to communicate with her, ideal facilities and location for our needs, supply of toiletries, water, laundry powder /facilities to have a good start to our stay. A very pleasant start and thanks again.

Excellent apartment in a great place close to the ocean

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
