Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Playa

The house is more beautiful in person, and feels larger than in the pictures. Check in and check out was seamless. Julio was very responsive, proactive, and friendly host. We stayed in the house during one of Puerto Ricos largest blackout, and the house energy generator worked very well, we had zero problems with that. Overall me and my family had a great time, and my children had a lot of fun in the shallow beach in front of the house. We spotted different species of fishes and crabs in the mornings. I would definitely stay in the house again.

We loved staying here!! The most considerate and thoughtful amenities, plenty of space for a family of 4. Everything was very clean-Top Notch accommodations. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place❤️

Our stay in Edward's apartment was excellent. Our venue was less than 10 minutes away. The apartment has been recently remodeled with a lovely kitchen, modern bathrooms and super comfortable beds. The apartment was clean and smelled great. We were able to purchase groceries nearby and cook during our stay. He has everything you would need to prepare meals at home. We were also able to walk to some great restaurants. He sent a message a couple of days into our stay to ask if everything was ok or if we needed anything. He was very accessible. This would be great place to stay during the Christmas season for the Three Kings celebration and festivities. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Thank you Edward.

Great stay!! Nice private apartment. Great patio space. Peaceful patio. Clean and comfortable space equipped with everything we needed. Great location, close to everything but not in the middle of everything. Armando was very attentive and responded to everything super fast. Would definitely come back.

If not the best one of the best places that we have stayed in PR. Units are well equipped and Jean R responses to requests were quickly answered.

This home is like a paradise away from the states. Best of all it has a powerful electrical power plant if the lights go out in the island. A/C in every room and main living room Just that information is remarkable if you are traveling with la familia////

Jonathan's place was really nice and cozy. It was 6 of us and we all were comfortable and able to move around. The neighborhood was peaceful and we were like 15 20 mins from Ponce Airport. Would stay there again.

We loved the peace and tranquility of Sol Casa. Drinking coffee and watching the sun rise on the mountains was my favourite time of day. The house was perfect and felt like a home away from home. Joel was a great host proving us recommendations for activities and always very responsive. I truly didn’t want to leave!

Very welcoming and perfect location. Many things to do within walking distance. The home & property itself was well maintained and the backyard was definitely a huge plus being able to sit and enjoy your own oasis outside. The owners were very responsive and hospitable. Will definitely be booking their home again in the future

Our stay was wonderful. The house was very clean and quiet. We had everything we needed. The host was very friendly and responsive. Even gave us some recommendations of the area and restaurants. The AC was perfect. I would definitely stay again.

Karla’s property was beautiful and had a great patio to play dominoes. It was in a great location and walking distance from delicious restaurants and easy access to a grocery store. Karla was very helpful and helped me troubleshoot an issue with the washer, and it was resolved quickly with Karla’s advice. You have to get used to roosters crowing, but it’s a great spot and close to the Ponce area and all things in the southern part of the island.

If you’re looking for a nice relaxing place, this is the spot to go.

This place was just what we needed for our stay in Ponce! It was perfectly located near all the attractions we wanted to check out before heading back to the east side of the island the next day. Plus, there were plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, which was really convenient. The apartment was super clean and had great internet service, along with a bunch of nice amenities. The rooms were comfy, and I loved that every room had its own ceiling fan. It helped keep us cool without needing to blast the AC all the time. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and I’d definitely recommend it!

This place was perfect for what we needed in Yauco. It was safe, secure, clean, and comfortable. The host was extremely helpful to any questions I had and would answer within minutes. Always appreciate a good coffee and the ability to do some laundry. From our place we were able to take day trips to Ponce, Cabo Rojo, even Arecibo. Highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this space! It was very quiet, tranquil, homey, safe, and peaceful. Very modern, bright, and airy island feel. The only thing to be mindful of is that cell service may not be the best in this area. However, the wifi connection does allow for wifi calling. Overall loved this space and all the amenities. they even had a closet filled with a bunch of items for extracurriculars including yoga mats, beach chair, basketball, volleyball, and air pump, boards games, you name it! It's like they'd thought of everything. During our stay, there was an island wide power outage and Frances was super proactive about reaching out and checking in on us, and at no moment did we feel unsafe during that time. Truly enjoyed this space and would ABSOLUTELY stay again.

Espectacular. El lugar nos encantó y la ubicación super céntrica. Las camas bien cómodas y todo super limpio. Además, los hosts fueron super atentos. Tuvimos varias situaciones y las atendieron a la altura. Como también, nos pareció un gesto super lindo que nos dejaron varios detallitos en cada habitación para nosotros. Nos encantó quedarnos en el lugar y definitivamente volveré.

Mi esposo y nuestras 3 hijas nos quedamos en esta propiedad porque una de ellas tenía un torneo de volibol. El lugar está muy bien ubicado, con estacionamiento y varios lugares para comer muy cerca. El espacio es súper bonito y cómodo. Lo tienen muy bien cuidado. Estaba y se sentía limpio. Jennifer, además, siempre respondió súper rápido. Mi único señalamiento es que las noches pueden ser un poco ruidosas por el movimiento de la calle. Por suerte, nuestro sueño es pesado y no fue un problema. Me volvería a quedar aquí con gusto.
