It has a spacious living room and 2 bedrooms with direct access to a large terrace where you can rest, sunbathe and lunch. The apartment is fully equipped (bed linen, towels, kitchenware...) with WIFI and AC. Located in the most touristic area. Para pasar unas increíbles vacaciones les ofrezco este bonito y acojedor estudio de diseño. Sus 22m2 tiene todo lo necesario para vivir en comfort. La cama es de 150cm. La cocina bien equipada. Hay aire acondicionado frio/calor. La zona de comedor tiene una bonita vista parcial al mar donde se aprecia su cercanía a 35 metros desde la balconera acristalada. En la azotea hay zona comunitaria para tender. Además desde el 15.06 hasta el 15.09 disponible la piscina con vistas panorámicas a mar!

Our cosy 90m2 flat is located in Torrevieja (Alicante), on the beachfront. The flat is on the 9th floor, so you will have great views of the Playa del Cura, which is only 150m away! Supermarket at 200m, the port at 2,5km, city centre at 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is in a quiet area, but full of bars and restaurants. You can't ask for more! With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay.
