Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement ! Tout était conforme à la description, très propre et parfaitement équipé. L’emplacement est idéal, bus restaurant plage magasin à proximité . Agne a été très réactif. On recommande sans hésitation!

Just WOW!!! Nice place to be there with family, friend and relatives. Huge space, nice swimming pool and walking to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores etc. Definitely, I will reserve the same Villa in the near future. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I highly recommend Svetlana's place. The two-bedroom house is in a small private complex with a very nice swimming pool. It's super quiet (in April) and it immediately feels like home. There were a few local cars, only one rental car. It is very close to the sea (beaches, restaurants and a nice promenade - at one end there's a nice little church, at the other end the castle of Paphos). It is also very conveniently situated when coming from the airport or, like was our case, picking up relatives from the airport. There's a bus stop on the main road. The house has two small outdoor sitting areas - the back yard is fenced (great if you come with a dog) and the front veranda feels private thanks to green plants and a wooden trellis panel. That area is fenced as well, but a dog could easily jump over. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom spacious. The bedrooms share a balcony. My only disappointment was the double bed which could be more comfortable.

1. Optimale Mischung aus Pool und direktem Zugang zum Meer. Zwar kein Sandstrand aber Kieselstrand war ja vorher bekannt. 2. Küche im Haus mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Für jeden optimale Kaffezubereitung möglich von Filterkaffe bis Frenchpress. Draußen großzügiger Grill. (Etwas schwierig Grillbeleuchtung unter dem Grill zu finden, war aber bei genauerem Hinsehen beschriftet.) 3. Absolut Kleinkind-sicher! Besonders beruhigend: Der Pool war durch ein umlaufendes Gitter abgesichert ebenso wie Treppenauf- und Abgang gesichert werden konnten. 4. Viele sportliche Aktivitäten von Baskettball bis Tischtennis, Hanteln, Kajaks alles da. 5. Sehr schönes Ambiente direkt um das Haus, insbesondere Palmen und Bepflanzung zum Meer oder der schön beleuchtete Pool 6. Das Haus liegt definitiv nicht in der typischen Touriregion rund um Larnaca, was es für uns reizvoller machte. Nicht zu unterschätzen die Entfernungen zu besuchenswerten Punkten 7. Taverne um die Ecke leider ab November geschlossen

Everything was great from the first contact! The host is very friendly and helpful! The location is great and the sea is very near!

Lilia was an excellent host with fantastic communication from the moment we booked—quick to respond and very accommodating. The villa was large, clean, and perfect for our three families. There was plenty of space to relax privately or enjoy time together, and it never felt overcrowded. Our four kids (aged 6–10) had a great time from start to finish. The location is ideal—just a 10-minute walk to a lovely beach with a bar and shop. That said, the pool area at the villa was so nice we only went to the beach once (because, let’s face it, kids need a splash in the sea on holiday!). On arrival, Lilia’s mum welcomed us, showed us around, explained everything, and gave helpful local tips. She was also there when we checked out and honestly deserves five stars herself—so kind and friendly. This was our first villa holiday, and if others are anything like this, we’re hooked. Airbnb only lets you give five stars, but we’d give more if we could!

Cozy apartment in great location. Sofronis is standing out as a thoughtful and generous host. The place is well-equipped with all what is needed for a foreign in Cyprus, including electric adapter and cables for charging the phone. With a fringe benefit, next building there is a great local, non-touristic, Grill restaurant. We would love to return and stay longer while touring Paphos.

It’s a beautiful apartment with the best facilities. The pool, the gym and everything around it was perfect. You can have a very nice breakfast for 12 years per person. Kids are free. It’s close to restaurants and bars.

I stayed at Sylvias apartment out of season for 4 weeks, she was a great host easy to communicate with and always responded quickly. The location was perfect for me, right above the fishing shop on the high street with access to the Marina at the back. The apartment was furnished well and was comfortable, the weather was cold to begin and the aircon unit worked with heating which was essential. My friend came to stay for one week and used the sofa bed, which was really easy to put up and she said it was really comfortable. I felt very at home in the apartment and Sylvia responded to my questions straight away. I would definitely visit Latchi and stay at Sylvias again.

Great apartment in a great location. The outside space is such a bonus. The terrace is huge and a great place to all eat together, and the roof terrace has such a great view. There are a few restaurants within walking distance (we really liked Pepperoni Pizza) and it’s only a 10 minute drive into Paphos which has so many bars and restaurants to choose from. There is also a lovely sandy beach about a 7 minute drive from the apartment called Coral Bay where we hired jet skis. Each bedroom in the apartment has a sea view and is very well equipped. The host was very responsive and helpful and provided clear instructions. I highly recommend this apartment (well it’s more like a 3 storey house than an apartment) and would definitely stay again.

Prachtige privé villa, van alle gemakken voorzien, nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De keuken is heel uitgebreid uitgerust, ruim huis en tuin, lokale producten uit de tuin, práchtige sterrenhemel ‘s nachts, heel groene omgeving, leuk om te wandelen. Paradise beach is op loopafstand en ook heel mooi, de zee was nog heerlijk om in te zwemmen (veel warmer dan het zwembad)!

We absolutely loved staying at the Waterside Two Bedroom Sea View Apartments. The view was amazing. The apartment was clean and well stocked with all of the things we needed. We especially appreciated the extra attention to details such as the complimentary slippers and very comfy bathrobes. We were also very thankful for the complimentary beverages and snacks that were available upon our arrival. After traveling all day, it was nice not to need to rush to a market as soon as we checked into our apartment. We highly recommend this apartment. The location was also perfect for walking to shops and restaurants and enjoying the water.

Un petit nid douillet niché non loin de la péninsule d'Akamas qui est de toute beauté. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, super déco, beaucoup de choses à disposition. La terrasse en extérieur est très appréciable avec la vue sur la mer. Très calme. Hôte accueillant et réactif. Nous reviendrons !

We liked the place in the middle of Limassol. There is enough space to park two cars, you’re at the beach in a few minutes. You can reach everything by car within 10 minutes, but you can also walk to nearby restaurants and bars. We were the only ones using the pool.

Mycket fint och trevligt boende i lugna kvarter med närhet till hav och pool. Fräsch interiör med alla bekvämligheter och stor härlig altan med havsutsikt och utemöbler. Tysta omgivningar - i mitten av april var inte många där - och ett fint poolområde mitt i kvarteret. Närmaste (sten)stranden gick dock inte att bada vid men Coral Bay-stranden 10 minuters promenad bort var fantastisk. Lana svarade snabbt på alla frågor och var ständigt tillgänglig.

Great location, opposite the beach and minutes away from cafes and restaurants. A lovely communal garden. Had everything we needed to make us feel at home.

beautiful house in an exceptional location with breathtaking sea views including the sound of the sea around the clock. perfect for relaxing and unwinding! warm welcome with a few supplies and drinks in the fridge. very easy to get to with the excellent digital guide. carrie is a very friendly and generous hostess. our only point of criticism: the bed (or rather the spring core mattress) - a bit worn out and everytime your partner turns in his sleep you get shaken up

Ein tolles Haus, direkt am Meer, die Brandung konnten wir im Schlafzimmer genießen. Ein WLAN Problem wurde sofort gelöst.Redis Tipps für die Umgebung waren super. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Sensationelle Sonnenuntergänge!

Le logement de Valentina est juste top. Situé sur la Zone Nord de Chypre, il est accessible facilement de Nicosie (en voiture, taxi… ou en bus simplement avec un changement et un prix très avantageux). Le logement en lui même est équipé parfaitement avec tout le nécessaire pour passer un séjour complet été comme hiver. Avec une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Aphrodite Village. 5 piscines accessibles gratuitement sont une intérieure. Mini golf… toute la description est fidèle à l’offre. La dame du spa est excellente, pour ma part massages Bali et Thaï au top ! Franchement, un grand merci à Valentina pour tout ses conseils et les petites attentions… (exemple : les bouteilles d’eau dans le frigo à l’arrivée)… Rien à redire quoi.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for quick access to the beach for a quiet morning swim or Paddleboad. It was also walkable to eat out every night. George and his son Julian were the perfect hosts, checking in occasionally, we felt like we made friends for the future.

The house is very beautiful, clean, spacious. There are several terraces, so according to the sun we could choose where to sit. There was everything we needed, and something extra, jacuzzi on the terrace. I recommend this magical place to everyone. Near the beach, super beach bar, very good restaurant, bus connection to the center a few meters from the accommodation. The big advantage is the close connection to the airport. Unschlagbare Lage direkt am Strand // diverse Restaurants und Minimarkets in unmittelbarer Nähe, eine traumhafte Promenade zum Laufen/Spazierengehen . Metro/LIDL und ein super Bäcker ca 2km entfernt. Kein „klassischer“ Tourismus in der Nähe, nur einige 5* Hotels und viele luxuriöse Eigentumswohnungen. Wir hatten (Anfang April) den Strand quasi für uns alleine - herrlich! Relativ zentral auf der Insel, so dass man sowohl Paphos als auch in Nikosia und die Ostküste in ca 1 Stunde mit dem Auto erreicht. Der Bus direkt vor der Tür bringt einen in 20min in die Altstadt Limassols. Einziges kleines Manko, was aber dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch getan hat, ist das einige kleine Reparaturen / Ausbesserungen nötig sind. Der Vermieter weiß aber schon Bescheid!

Christofides's house was clean and comfortable. I had a technical issue with my airbnb account, so I didn't have access to the check-in instructions via airbnb. Fortunately, Christofides and his wife were eager to help us via a phone call form the very fist moment. Thank you!
