I am extremely satisfied with my rental! place exactly as described in the listing. Old but impeccable house! Best location of all. Alexya and her husband were extremely helpful and polite to us. We were delighted with everything. Best cost-benefit in all of Campos do Jordao. We will definitely be back!!!

The place is exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean (bedding smelling clean), the gas shower is excellent and heats up a lot with a large water flow, super quiet place, away but with quick and easy access to Capivari, about 8 to 12 minutes by car on a very quiet dirt road, the internet works very well, there was also drinking water available and bath towels. Check-in was super smooth, Eduardo was always available and helpful whenever we needed... check-out was super smooth too, we left at a convenient time without any pressure. Place more than recommended, thank you and a big hug.

Home is just like in the listing! Everything clean, extremely organized and with everything complete, bed, sewage and bath! Philip was extremely helpful and helpful from the first contact. The place is gorgeous, and everything is more peaceful and pleasant with the reception and care of Dona Cida and Belchior. Easy access and very near to the city, infrastructure inside the home from first to outside We'll be back for sure!

Casa boa , quiet and noisy place, has everything you need in the kitchen if you want to use it, everything was clean (whole house) , good wifi, good bed and good sheets and pillows, easy location, the house is very safe, host responds fast. Thank you very much for your stay, if you need to return in the area you would stay there again.

This is my second time staying at Lucia's place. The house is great. All very clean. Soft, smelling linen and bath. The place is so nice that it doesn't make you want to leave rs. The house is not far from the main street. Lucia quickly responds to messages.

The place is wonderful, but it accommodates well only couples without children. The hostess provided the two lofts, but as I went with a husband and two children, it became small. I don't know if I didn't pay attention to the description but I ended up getting confused thinking it was a 2 bedroom house.

My family and I loved the 3 days in the house,the space was very clean,it is next to the main church, warm shower, large bathroom,we feel at home , it's worth staying!

The house is excellent, just like in the listing. Very comfortable, with several entertainment options to enjoy with family or friends. By car, access to Capivari is quick and easy. I highly recommend it!

We loved the house, super complete and equipped, in a bucolic place, green and beautiful yard, very well cared for and beautiful. Hosts Eliana and Ezequiel are very kind and friendly and we felt at home, very well received. The whole house has details that show tenderness and care. Our pet loved the space, all well fenced. It was an incredible time and we want to return soon. A river in the yard, swimming pool, barbecue area, fireplace, fire pit, it has everything we were looking for and like. We'll take great memories of this more than special little corner.

The place is very beautiful and equipped, it has a magnificent view. It is a very nice experience to stay in this hotel, especially in this duplex. It's well worth it!!

Marlene is a very attentive host, she made our entry easy, answered all the necessary questions and even gave us directions about the region. Beautiful location and surrounded by nature, quiet, calm. The house has everything you need, we didn't miss anything, the pool couldn't be used due to the cold, but it was always very clean. If you're looking to disconnect and have a moment for you and your family, the place is ideal.

We were very welcome by Mr. Antônio (he takes care of the entrance) with great cordiality and promptness. The apartment was very clean, tidy and with all the necessary utensils. The location of the apartment is very good with everything nearby. I leave only one suggestion, leave open the doors of the china cabinet that is in the room because it has a little musty smell. In the overall context, it was wonderful.

Excellent for gathering family and friends. Super well-equipped barbecue, AAA barbecue, firewood and oven. The campfire experience and baking corn, pinion and sweet potatoes like in the good times was amazing. The visit of birds of the most varied species was unexpected, but a lot of connection with nature. Too much worth it.

The Pousada is a charm apart! all tidy and romantic. The service was exceptional! We were really spoiled. In addition to the peace of mind we were looking for, we had all the support to find leisure options and restaurants. In addition to being well served at breakfast and getting treats like a coffee with cake in the pool and a fondue on one of our nights on site. Cleanliness and organization were spotless! If we could, we'd spend the whole month there. We look forward to coming back very soon!

A fantastic Lodge, didn’t expect them to clean the place for us daily so that was a huge bonus!

The hut is as described in the photos. With an excellent location (very close to the center of Capivari and a street above the main avenue of the city), the site is really rustic, with sounds of nature and the animals around the site. The room area has a window overlooking the local vegetation with a charming green light. It is a great view, both during the day and night. We were in the hut in April and the night temperatures reached approximately 11⁰C. It is very cold in the cabin at night, which is great considering the heavy and hot blankets provided and the fireplaces available on site. It is important to emphasize that it is a really rustic environment, especially regarding the bathroom, which we have not seen a problem. The shower is very hot and fulfills the function in the cold. We really like the place!

We chose ZuHaus to spend Easter as a family, on our first trip together to a more distant state. The choice could not have wished for better. The host was very attentive, and the house is magical. It has everything to do with the style of the city and matched our family's tastes very well. It is even more equipped than we imagined, the dishes are beautiful, it has many utensils, the rooms are cozy and the place is close to the center and at the same time very quiet. We loved it. Although the city itself is beautiful, it made you want to stay at home, just to enjoy it, haha it was a great experience!

An excellent place, I only spent one night, but my heart asked for more. We will definitely be back

In a group of 6 friends, we spent a delicious week at Chácara Paraná on New Year's Eve 2024-25. The house is very cool, new and in the cracks, even better than it looks in the photos. Everything was impeccably clean and we found a homemade cake and bread on arrival. The beds are very comfortable, the bed and bath linens are new and of quality. The kitchen is super equipped (only a water filter is needed). We really enjoyed the hammock area and meals on the veranda, as well as the card and board games. The internet served us well to work making video calls. Access to the house is easy in a regular car – the stretch of land is short and well maintained. Barbara and Maurício were always quick to exchange messages and very kind. They gave us tips on the area and helped us promptly when we needed it. We would definitely come back and we will recommend it to others!

The stay in the chalet was amazing, the view is wonderful, the chalet is beautiful, cozy, super well located, and Roberto's reception is super welcoming and helpful!
