El apartamento de Georgina se destaca por ser una vivienda nueva, cómoda, limpia, luminosa, MUY COMPLETA (cocina, heladera, horno microondas, cafetera eléctrica, pava eléctrica), climatización (frio/calor) en todos los ambientes, balcón a la calle con asador, cochera para un automóvil. Está ubicada muy cerca de los atractivos de Tigre (Parque de la Costa, Puerto de Frutos, Paseos en lancha, Teatro, bares y restaurantes, etc.). Pero además la atención primorosa, cuidando todos los detalles de su dueña. Volveríamos sin dudarlo. ¡Muchas gracias, Georgina!

They waited for my arrival after 11pm and explained all about the place and surroundings. It is located in a very popular avenue in B.A. center, close to all the famous places you want to visit. The place is small, but comfortable and super clean. Lucas provides just about anything you may need for a nice stay. I would definetely stay here again. Recommended!

We had a great stay at Yanina's place. we are a family of 5, and the apartment was big enough for all of us. With a very comfortable kitchen and living room, excellent location and WiFi. ( plus the luxury of a balcony) Every morning, we could see Buenos Aires waking up, with its buzzling noise and it's vibrancy. Yanina's place was an actual gem, and we hope it will be available on our next visit (probably next year), as I don't want to stay anywhere else.

The people that take care of the place ( Emanuel , Marcel and Andres) were very attentive to our needs and the apartment itself is exactly what we needed. Es gab durch Bauarbeiten ein Wasserproblem, aber Grisel hat proaktiv uns gleich weitergeholfen. Können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

O apartamento de José é excelente, melhor do que as fotos mostram. Ficamos quase 2 semanas, eu, meu esposo e gêmeos de 8 anos, super bem acomodados. Fizemos várias refeições em casa, a cozinha tinha tudo o que precisávamos, fizemos até um churrasco na sacada com vista para a cidade. O ar condicionado e a piscina fizeram a diferença, nos permitindo aliviar o calor intenso do verão. A localização é perfeita, com muitos restaurantes, mercados e praças ao redor. Não havia garagem incluída, deixamos o carro na rua, pois é bem seguro. José deu várias dicas úteis. Recomendamos seu espaço e esperamos voltar em breve.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, a 15 minutos máximo caminando de la mayoría de bares y restaurantes a los que fuimos. El departamento estaba muy limpio al llegar. Si bien el check out fue un poco temprano (10 am), nos permitieron dejar las maletas hasta las 13 hrs. Tuvimos un problema con la alarma de incendios que sonaba sin una razón clara. Me comuniqué con la administración y me respondieron y resolvieron muy rápido el problema. En general, la comunicación fue muy fluida. Lo recomendamos.
