Very well located hotel! Friendly staff, 5 minutes walk to the Sunday Street Market. Breakfast had a also a good variety of food and choices. Price definitely worth the quality

nous avons adoré notre séjour, nous y somme resté 6mois même si le logement n'est pas fait pour un séjour de 6 mois nous y étions bien à cause de l'environnement privé d'un haubans la verdure la piscine. Un conseil louer une moto ou une auto, le propriétaire pourra vous aider

Varada was very helpful, he described how to get to the hotel, how to use the keys. He also helped me very quickly to get T30 form for extension my visa. The hotel has a good location. It’s just 20 min walk to the old city, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby

For the money you're paying, it doesn't get better than this. The place is pretty neat, you've got great service (from the general manager), they do your laundry and the location doesn't get any better. Overall, this is a good 3* budget hotel to stay at, and I don't think I could've gotten a better deal. The only complaint I've got is about housekeeping. You could tell all of the cleanings were done superficially. I accidentally touched some spots over the bed and on the showerhead and my hand immediately became black with filth. The sheets are not regularly changed (stayed there for one month), and whenever I left a dirty glass or spoon to be changed they would just return it to where it originally was, but still dirty, not clean. Also, the breakfast is horrendous and I definitely wouldn't recommend it, especially having so many good places around, so I would just skip it. Overall though, I think this is one of the best options in the oldtown price/quality wise!

Walter is very kind and helpful. He is even the teacher who teaches morning class in Tao garden. The facility of room is very equipped and the room is lovely and clean.The pic of Bnb is too humble, so I share my to you! looking forward to stay longer next time!

Kampe og hendes mand var simpelthen så søde og imødekommende fra start. Vi havde grundet misforståelse ikke skrevet ankomsttidspunkt til Kampy i forvejen, dog var hun super glad da vi ankom og indcheckning foregik uden problemer. Vi fik en guidet tur rundt på stedet af hende personligt, hun havde lavet en fin oversigt over diverse steder hun ville anbefale os. Derudover havde vi et tog vi skulle nå på udcheckningsdagen dog først klokken 6pm. Hun og hendes mand rykkede blot udcheckningen til det tidspunkt der passede os bedst, nemlig 4 timer senere end det oprindelige tidspunkt, uden at kræve en krone for det! Enormt god service som sjældent er at finde andre steder. Vi var to unge piger afsted som følte os velkomne og trygge under hele vores ophold. Værten var enormt sød og smilende og det samme var manden. Kommer 100% tilbage her når vi skal til Chiang Mai igen!! Ville give dem så mange flere stjerner hvis det var muligt!

Our stay here was perfect. As soon as we walked in, we felt relaxed, we were offered a welcome drink and snack and sat by the pool. The room was lovely, we enjoyed the bath whilst watching the sunset! Complimentary snacks/water in the room with water being replenished every day. Walkable to Chiang Mai’s old town with lots of temples within a 15 minute walk. All staff were so friendly and accommodating!

The house is even prettier and more whimsical in person than the photos can show. Every nook and cranny is beautifully decorated, brimming with charm and personality. The kids had an amazing time exploring the house and playing in the pool. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, including the stunning bathrooms. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the on-site housekeepers were always available when needed. The location in Mae Rim is fantastic, with a beautiful cafe/restaurant just a short walk away where you can dine by a lovely river. The area also offers plenty of other attractions, along with great cafes and restaurants. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay! It was a very special and memorable experience for our family!

I have been in her farm for three months with my cat, and i have smiled every day. She has cute annimals and a very friendly personality. It's a beautiful quiet Green area to stay in!

Sehr sauber, gute Lage und funktional. Die Altstadt ist gut zu Fuß erkundbar. Am Eingang befindet sich direkt ein Café mit gutem Kaffee.

Exceptional in every way! Wonderful locationn and the most helpful staff anyone could ask for. The inside of the hotel is a work of art. Would absolutely recommend to others and would be our first choice if we are lucky enough to return to Chiang Mai.

在这里度过了在泰国的最后一晚，我很满意。选择这里住宿是一眼看中了这个院子，是理想中的栖息地。从机场Bolt打车到这里大概15-20分钟，按导航很好找到。到达时亲眼看到这个楼院，符合预期，休闲氛围非常好，是我印象里泰国的感觉。很喜欢坐在秋千或者摇椅上发呆，晚上还可以看到星星，夜晚很安静。从这里去古城或者宁曼路也都不远，摩托车10分钟左右。来得巧赶上周末夜市，人气超旺，大家都来这里放松游玩，气氛特别好，集市上的物件对第一次来泰国的我来说很新鲜，这里的小吃也有代表性，尝试了三四样都没有踩雷。集市的物价也都合理，买了些纪念品和特产，结束前还做了街边的足底按摩解乏，晚上回去洗完澡坐在院子的摇椅上吹吹风喝喝啤酒，很惬意，对于清迈的印象就是从这里建立的，感受很好，下次有机会会再来。

We hebben ontzettend genoten van het verblijf. Je hebt wel een scooter nodig om er te geraken, maar hierdoor ervaar je veel rust en stilte.

Every thing is perfect. Just the location is not very convenient when u wanna go out. It’s just near the airport. Not close to any other where.

Everything went smoothly despite our last minute check in, the room was pristine, and the beds were cozy! Faye was endlessly hospitable and helped us with everything, including finding the numerous markets that are nearby. A great stay!
