Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Peristeri

Wow, over the last few years we have stayed in some great places in a lot of European cities but NEVER have we stayed in such a luxurious apartment. Everything was perfect and the private outdoor space was a bonus. We really didn’t want to leave as after four days we were so comfortable.

Andreas' apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, extremely clean, comfortable. Host was very attentive. We arrived late because of our flight and he helped us and responded quickly.

Great central location. Despite the activity outside the room was quiet and the bed comfortable.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Exceeded our expectations, we stayed 4 days and it felt like home. Perfectly situated and we walked everywhere to get to all of our destinations. Great coffee shop and supermarket only a few minutes away. Restaurants are everywhere so that was very convenient. We would be back and would recommend this place to all of our friends and family.

Jeff and Katerina went above and beyond in every category you could think of. Jeff meet us while we were waiting for the unit to be cleaned, had coffee with us and got us in early. He even contacted our next apartment we were staying at and arranged for us to get into that apartment early as well. Great communication and a great guy in general.

This was our first time in Athens and what a exciting, history filled country! The location of the apartment is close to multiple resteraunts, tons of shopping, and walking distance to major sites. The best part was the view overlooking the Monastiraki Square and the Acropolis!! George and Elani are great hosts and the apartment has everything you need and more!!!

I booked the house for the family of my best men and they had only the best to say about the home but also the communication with Evelina! They were so happy that when they come back we will close there again!

Overall we had a nice stay at Chris's. The accommodation is well-located and well appointed. The terrace and hot tub are a real plus. Chris was available and responsive to our requests. We'll be happy to go back!

We LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect location in Athens, in a clean safe neighborhood near the acropolis. But away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We saw many locals eating and hanging out near the restaurants by the house. The home itself was perfect for our large family. Beds were comfortable and clean, great area for kids and teens to love around. We loved the design and style. Felt very safe with doors/locks. Does not have a dryer but we used the drying racks outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Iasonas's place. The location was ideal for being walking distance to local shops and restaurants as well as to the metro or a slightly longer (but very easy) walk to the main sights of Athens. The accommodation itself is as lovely as the pictures suggest, in a beautiful old building with modern touches and amenities. The highlight for my friends and I was the rooftop terrace! Iasonas was incredibly helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend!

Maria and Manolis place was wonderful. It is in an excellent location, 12 minutes from the airport. It is private , secluded and the actual property is an ecosystem dream , with many animals, plants and things to explore. Although we didn’t have time to do so ,I will upon my return. The apartment is filled with many convenience items and Manolis was very helpful with full explanations of everything on the property. They are both very friendly and excellent hosts! You must be appreciative and accepting of the nature that is on their property, including the wonderful chickens and roosters.😊

We had a wonderful stay! Too short! Absolutely loved the location! Beautifully decorated and cozy inside and out! Loved the outside patio! As others have said, it is a spiral staircase up to bedroom. A fantastic location!! Great restaurants, easy to walk everywhere! Book it!

Before leaving for Constantines place he sent us lots of helpful information. He was available to answer any question before we arrived. I appreciated the referral Constatine gave us of a dependable taxi driver that meet us at the airport and took us to his apartment. Further, when we arrived at the apartment the lady who cleans the apartment opened the door and welcomed us, explaining where everything was and how it worked! The place was absolutely immaculant and the attention to detail was appreciated. A wonderful entry to a great vacation! Thank you for sharing your very special place with us!

Great stay! The apartment had everything that is needed, beds were very comfortable. Steps away from the public transportation.

We found the place easily. We received good instructions on how to get in the place but somehow the details of how to have the electricity work for us North Americans not use to have to use a key card for it to work was omitted. The owner rectified that error as soon as possible via texts. This was a one night stay for us but we did enjoy the space and the little cafe downstairs. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Manos was a great host. He was very flexible with our needs and helped out a lot. Place is pretty close to the metro which is great for exploring the city.

Natasa and all have a nice apartment in a central location. It is really well equipped , they have thought of everything including a sowing kit and first aid! Agree with a previous reviewer, the bed is sooooo comfortable! We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony, the bakery below is really good. Definitely would stay again.
