Delphine's place is very lovely. Love the fact that it was ocean view. It is lovely for a romantic getaway. Walk on the beach, small hike trail. The stay was very pleasant. I had such a great time in this apartment. thank you Delphine for being so responsive and helpful. 10/10

I had such a wonderful experience at Oligaia, in Saint Martin (Orient Bay). The location is unbeatable just a short stroll away from the beach, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt incredibly safe. Olivia was a thoughtful and responsive host who made sure everything was accessible. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and relaxing spot in Saint Martin, I highly recommend Oligaia. Would absolutely stay again!

Our second stay at this lovely place! Laure was very responsive to questions I asked before our arrival. She met us at check in and explained everything as she reacquainted us with the apartment. She also checked with us a couple times during our stay. Apartment is very roomy with a king bed. Air conditioners in the bedroom and living room. We loved having breakfast on the patio overlooking the pool. Apartment is very clean, safe, and quiet at night. Had absolutely everything we needed with many extras included. There are many beach bars with chairs and umbrellas nearby. Also many restaurants with varied menus within easy walking distance. There is a small grocery store nearby too. We love staying at Orient Bay. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! See you next year!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Leyla, Jocelyne et Francky dans leur AirBnb. Tout le monde était extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Des gens très sympathiques et un endroit à recommander à tout le monde. Une belle piscine, une jolie maison, salle de bain et terrasse avec bar. Tout est très propre. Les gens étaient serviables et très orientés vers le service. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à cela ! Un lien très précieux s'est tissé ces dernières semaines... Comme le dit Francky: Famille à Saint Martin et à bientôt. Beaucoup d'amour et un gros câlin et bisous pour Hermes et les petits-enfants. Avec amour, Tom et Mélanie.

Really enjoyed the stay at this beautiful home. Peaceful love the sound of the ocean at night. Fun to watch the airplanes come by after landing and tiring around. The beach is beautiful and the privacy is second to none.

Vous apercevez Pinel et Saint Barth depuis la terrasse, installés dans un agréable salon extérieur couvert La maison, très agréable et simple à vivre, offre tout le nécessaire pour passer d’agréables moments de détentes.

Wat een prachtige plek, met een nog mooier uitzicht op het water en Pinel Island. Op deze plek kom je helemaal tot rust, de buitenruimte met genoeg zitplaatsen en het kleine zwembad is echt geweldig, meer heb je niet nodig. Binnen is de ruimte van alle gemakken voorzien, airco, plafondventilatoren, handige keuken, goede bedden en fijne badkamers. Als je een stukje richting de zee loopt kom je ezeltjes en wilde paarden tegen, werkelijk fantastisch! Ze houden erg van wortels. Verder heb je zeker een huurauto nodig om wat van het eiland te zien, boodschappen te doen of naar een restaurant gaan. Deze plek is echt een verborgen parel waar je je heerlijk thuis zult voelen. Private location with a gorgeous pool that kept shade till 1pm - our kids were in it by 7am every day. Accommodation was pristine with perfect bedrooms. We were able to open the house up all morning then close the doors and turn on AC and control each bedroom for personal preference individually. Our host met us at the house, were very responsive throughout our stay and provided assistance quickly (for example a blender that malfunctioned was quickly replaced). M-F housekeeping was also a very nice touch. Overall very happy with the experience, and would book again.

The location is wonderful. You can walk to the beach and the square with wonderful restaurants. The beach did have an issue with seagrass but the beach is raked each day. But beware that there will be grass on the beach even after raking. However, even with that orient bay was a very nice area. The neighborhood is gated and the street the house is located on is beautiful. We felt very safe while in orient bay. The house is well appointed, having everything we needed including towels, washing machine , and dishwasher. There was construction on the street that disrupted the water and electricity briefly. Oliver was very responsive when issues did arise. Luckily the house has backup water for when the city water goes down. The views from the house are stunning and the water in the pool is perfect. The house could use a little updating but the issues are minor.

We had an amazing and peaceful stay at Aqua Marina. This luxury condo is very spacious with a private walk out balcony in each room that boasts spectacular views of the islands Jamila is the perfect hostess. She setup the car rental agreement for our stay and responded immediately to all of our needs. I’m the future, We will stay at this condo without hesitation!

Logement super, vue magnifique, paisible, calme, voisins très agréable

WOW C'est un endroit très reposant et convivial, c'est très grand, très propre avec tout ce que l'on a besoin pour un séjour remarquable. Le lit est super confortable, on a dormis comme des bébés toute la semaine. La vue du 7ème étage est tout simplement sublime, vue direct sur les avions qui atterrisse et qui décolle, et aussi sur les bateaux de croisière qui arrivent ou quittent l'ile, amenez-vous des jumelles ça vaut la peine. Nous avons accès direct à la plage de Cupecoy à partir du resort. Si vous louez une voiture et que vous séjournez au Sapphire, je vous conseille une voiture de taille moyenne (J'avais une Nissan Versa) car le stationnement intérieur est assez restreint. Le Sapphire Beach Club est un endroit super agréable, le personnel est très sympathique et accueillant. Je n'ai que du positif à dire de mon séjour et que dire de Maya qui a été toujours là en cas de besoin et prête à nous aider. Merci Maya j'apprécie. À Bientôt. Note parfaite pour le Sapphire et St-Martin.

Superb location. Beautiful view of Orient Bay and Beach. The unit has all modern equipment. There are perhaps six or seven restaurants within a five-minute walk, one of which has a small bakery with delicious desserts. Also within that five-minute walk are two grocery stores. There is a balcony, while small, is adequate, and you can view the goings-on at the beach and the village restaurant area. We felt safe the entire time we were there. The only drawback for us 80 plus years old was the number of stairs. If you are elderly or have balance problems, we would not recommend it.

The place was steps from the beach! Beautiful and clean. Host very helpful. We loved st. Martin and this family friendly beach next to Mary Boons! We ate lunch there and cooked in dinner at home. Great appliances And every cooking tool you could need. Andrea was very helpful. The only thing I was a little worried about was the airplanes noise and honestly you forget they are even there after first day.

L’appartement est beau et bien rénové. L’emplacement est à mi-chemin des lieux attractifs de l’iles. L’hôte est très réactif et agréable.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans l’appartement d’Emilie, sa proximité avec la Baie Orientale ainsi que la plage et la piscine de la résidence nous ont permis de pouvoir varier les plaisirs durant notre séjour, sans oublier qu’il est également très bien situer et proche de toute commodité (station service, aéroport, supermarché). Emilie est également une hôte très réactive et disponible. Je recommande à 100% son logement

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à saint Martin, le logement est très bien placé et offre une proximité de commerce, restaurant plage, casino très appréciable. Il est décoré avec soin. L’environnement est paisible.
