Waterfront vacation rentals in Pedernales

Es mi segunda vez quedándome en Monik. Es un lugar precioso y cómodo para estar en familia. Pudimos disfrutar de ir a la playa, queda justo detrás de los apartamentos. Además, también pasamos una hermosa tarde en el roof top. A toda la familia le gustó y la comunicación con Alma fue excelente. Esperamos volver pronto. Nos gusta mucho la ubicación de los apartamentos y nos encanta Boquerón. Gracias.

Nino has a great place and the ability to use the kayaks was a great change of pace! Snorkeling in the calm water was a treat, and the local atmosphere had such a good feel to it. The house was spacious and private for the different size of rooms, perfect stop outside the bigger city feel of San Juan. Definitely recommend getting to the surrounding cities before Sunday or Monday roles around as it was quiet and reserved those nights! Loved it and a great host too!

Excellent place to stay. Very neat, very clean, very perfect place. I love the penthouse, the sky, the night. It was awesome and magical. The pool was very clean, very accessible. The beach was awesome, like all the beaches in Puerto Rico. I love the stay. Simply the best place to stay. Very safe, very easy instructions, very accessible place. I love the place. 100% recommended looking forward to rent again❤️🙏.

El apartamento es bien espacioso, con habitaciones grandes y una vista hermosa. Está súper bien ubicado, en una zona muy céntrica (aunque si no te gusta mucho el ruido, eso es algo a tener en cuenta). Todo el edificio está bien cuidado y los espacios en común son muy bonitos. Lo único que me gustaría que mejoraran es el tema del estacionamiento. Me parece un poco injusto que sea por orden de llegada y no por apartamento. Pienso que debería haber al menos un espacio asignado por apartamento, y los vehículos adicionales podrían ir en el estacionamiento extra que ofrecen los anfitriones. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo súper bien.

La casa está bien accesible caminando hacia el poblado de Boquerón y de la playa, zona bien tranquila y muy cómoda la casa, tiene todo lo necesario para una excelente estancia, 100% recomendado.

Gorgeous apartment with stunning views! Super comfortable stay with a stocked kitchen and everything one may need. The host is super responsive! Note that the area is loud, especially in the weekend, in case you are sensitive to noise. We loved being in the heart of the party!

We stayed for the weekend with friends and had a blast. Lesli's was a great host- very approachable, friendly and responsive. Checkin and checkout went smoothly and flexible, which accomodated both families's needs. The place and amenities/services available were as described in listing (pool and putt for the kids). The apartment had well equipped kitchen, inside areas were clean, and beach towels & equipment available as well. The apt. was just steps from gate with direct acces to Ostiones beach and at walking distance from another private beach area. Peaceful surroundings were juat what we needed to relax. We cannot wait to return. Thanks!

-Beautiful water view - water activities -friendly - Perfect instructions - busy road, so can take awhile to back out of the drive way. - Beach was rough with a lot of rocks, but the kids loved jumping the waves by the shore. -close to many activitiss. - We would stay here again!

Soriel was a great host and the place was perfect. She was very responsive and friendly even when we asked to have the pool cleaned a second time. (Due to the rains and flowering tree). The place was perfectly clean and exactly as described and pictured. The location turned out to be perfectly located also as we were able to visit all of the local and nearby attractions easily within minutes. The nearby beaches are incredible and I honestly can’t think of any reason we wouldn’t stay here again - hopefully we will soon as we are definitely in love with the island and the people. Stop scrolling listings and book this place asap!

This place was so beautiful! It had everything we needed, it had plenty of space to accommodate everyone in our family trip. The house has squeaky clean same as the pool. The sunsets are beautiful and you just walk out the back gate and you are right on the beach. Opening that back gate to the beach was like opening the gate to heaven! calm clear water, shade from the trees... it was amazing!

Todo estuvo muy bien recomendaría un micro hondas y un colchón mejor para el futón de todo lo otro total mente espectacular .

Not everyone who goes to Puerto Rico seeks solitude. We did and Sammy’s place provided just that. It was a remarkable stay. I would be remiss not to mention that we experienced an island-wide power outage. Sammy provided a generator and was very attentive to our needs during that time. We ended up leaving a day early (our choice) as it was unclear how long the outage would last and the downstream issues that might occur at the airport. Sammy’s place provided exactly what he promised, and we had a lovely time.

Another wonderful stay at Liz' place! The airbnb was spotless and just as pictured in the listing. Even better really! We made such wonderful use of the beautiful outdoor space with the pool, the fire pit, and outdoor kitchen. The house is well accommodated and met all of our needs. We cannot wait for our next trip back! Highly recommend!

¡Excelente estadía! La casa es perfecta para familias: cómoda, espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. Todo estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Sin duda, volveríamos. ¡100% recomendada!

It was a wonderful experience. I had all the beaches nearby. It is super quiet, you feel peace, very welcoming. I would definitely go back with my family. Janiska answered the messages quickly, and was very kind. 🥰

The place was clean, pretty, comfortable and a gorgeous beach was my backyard for the weekend. Heriberto thought about everything one might need. Loved the restaurants and bars in the area. Got to hear live music, eat good food, go for a run, do yoga. Everything was close and accessible. Loved everything about it.

The place was very clean! I loved that it was walking distance to the beach a couple minutes driving to restaurants and grocery store. It includes everything: laundry, two baths, two beds. Beautiful experience overall

Jose's place was exactly as described. We absolutely loved everything about it! Any questions were responded to in a very timely manner. Everything you could possibly need was provided in the apt. Thank you for making our stay fun and easy 🙂

Greg's place was awesome. The space is comfortable, the kitchen has all the essentials and more. We enjoyed sitting in the balcony looking at the wonderful view. Greg provided wonderful recommendations to local eatery that were very accurate. We would definitely come back for another stay.
