Charming duplex on the garden level. Featuring a large living /dining room including a sofa bed with an equipped kitchen (upstairs), an outdoor dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom. You have access to a heated indoor pool shared with another gite. For the tranquility of all, access to the Pool is not allowed after 10 p.m. The sheets are provided but towels are not the towels (on request additional charge) Guests do the cleaning before they leave.

Beautiful and large apartment in a fully renovated farmhouse located in a pretty little village near the famous vineyards (Condrieu, Côte Rôtie, Croze Hermitage and Saint Joseph). This apartment is decorated with a lot of character and is located within a gated property with a large park. There is a nice private terrace facing south. Carpark included for one car It is therefore an ideal place for those who want to go green and seek calm.

Quiet 2-person studio in the Pilat

If you'd like a relaxing and quiet stay, you've found the right place. I offer you a small Studio for 1 or 2 people located in the Pilat Natural Park, at the Croix Régis pass in the commune of HAIES. Babies are also welcome: on request, I will install a baby bed and a small bathtub. The studio is located 10 km from Givors, Rive de Gier, Condrieu, Vienne and Loire sur Rhône. Trains from Givors station reach Lyon Part Dieu in 18 minutes.

Ideal for a few nights of disconnection, rest, return to yourself and nature away from stress and hustle and bustle. Water point near the yurt, sketchy bathroom, dry toilets. Possibility to use a bathroom and a toilet in my house.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
