Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Patmos

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at Antigoni's place for a week, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. The location of the house is fantastic, as it is situated in a quiet street just a stone's throw away from the center of Patmos Chora. Additionally, we were pleasantly surprised to find a convenient parking spot right next to the house. From the moment we stepped inside, we were impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the tasteful decor of the house. It was evident that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was perfect. Moreover, all the amenities we needed were readily available, making our stay comfortable and convenient. Antigoni, our host, was outstanding in her responsiveness and willingness to assist us. Whenever we had a question or needed guidance, she was quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. Her helpfulness added an extra level of warmth to our stay.

A wonderful place within walking distance to downtown Skala. Maria and her husband George were extremely flexible and allowed me to check in hours early, which was a very helpful accommodation. The home had everything you would need for a visit to Patmos - TV, internet, fresh linens and towels, clean bathroom and kitchen, even a washer/dryer if you wanted it. Friendly, great hosts that made my already wonderful stay in Patmos that much nicer!

Casa incantevole e romantica. Ogni dettaglio è curato e delizioso. La casa è molto speciale, con mobili e arredo caratteristici e di ottimo gusto. La posizione è isolata (beata solitudo) e per raggiungerla bisogna camminare 8/10 minuti. Alexandra rende l’arrivo semplicissimo e confortevole, con un aiuto per trovare la casa e portare i bagagli e acqua e frutta all’arrivo. Siamo stati benissimo perché in ogni momento della giornata una parte dell terrazza all’esterno della casa, attrezzato con poltrone e cuscini, e all’ombra. È un posto ideale per chi vuole una vacanza per staccare, riposare, leggere. Un posto dove vuoi tornare la sera dopo il mare. Grazie dell’ospitalità!

Gerry’s place is a gem in Patmos. Beautiful house decorated with taste. It has absolutely everything you can think of for a comfortable stay. Excellent location with what is essentially a private beach in front. 10 minutes from Skala and Hora and from nice beaches and restaurants. Very easy communication with Gerry, friendly and easy going host.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Georgia. Georgia war ist ein wunderbarer Host: Total lieb, freundlich, zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar! Bei unserer Anreise (mitten in der Nacht) fanden wir schon Wasser und Snacks vor, sodass wir die erste Nacht gut überstehen konnten. Die Lage des Hauses ist super, da man zu Fuß schnell sowohl nach Meloi (Strand) als auch nach Skala kommt. Mit dem Auto erreicht man andere Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände innerhalb von 5 - 15 Minuten. Dadurch das es etwas außerhalb liegt, ist es total ruhig und dadurch sehr entspannend, sich im Haus oder der großzügigen Terasse aufzuhalten und den Blick schweifen lassen (toller Garten, Blick nach Meloi, Blick nach Skala). Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, das Internet funktionierte tadellos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison typique, extraordinairement bien placée avec une vue superbe sur l'île. L'hôte est très réactive et attentionnée. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses ; les deux terrasses sont très agréables; le coucher de soleil sur celle du haut est un moment magique. Seuls bémols : la cuisine au RDC est un peu sombre, les sanitaires sont assez sommaires et il n'est pas facile de garer une voiture à proximité de la maison en haute saison.

Una location molto bella e curata nei dettagli, accogliente, comoda e silenziosa. Tutto molto funzionale. È anche più bella di quanto risulti dalle foto. Non è vicina alla spiaggia ma fresca e con un piccolo giardino verde e fiorito dove cenare, bere qualcosa o semplicemente stare all’aperto. I vicini sono deliziosi e ogni mattina la Signora Maria ci ha servito dolci e torte per la colazione. Il parcheggio è molto vicino e spesso libero e disponibile. Una casetta che subito è diventata familiare e di cui conserverò un bel ricordo.

Lovely apartment and a delightful host! We stayed for a week in Theo’s apartment in Skala, Patmos. We had a wonderful time and cannot think of anything that would have made it better. The apartment is perfect - two minutes from the sea, a few minutes more to Skala centre, set back from the road so quiet and peaceful, set amongst gardens. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, plus little extras to make life easier. However, best of all is Theo, who is the perfect host. She made our stay very special and by the end we felt part of her family! Our little boy took a real shine to Theo and was sad to say goodbye. Cannot recommend enough!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν απλά υπέροχη! Η πέτρινη κατοικία είναι πανέμορφη, παραδοσιακή και ταυτόχρονα προσεγμένη στη λεπτομέρεια, αποπνέοντας αυθεντική αίσθηση του νησιού. Ο χώρος ήταν άψογα καθαρός και πολύ άνετος, ιδανικός για να χαλαρώσεις και να απολαύσεις την ξεχωριστή ατμόσφαιρα της Σκάλας. Η Κατερίνα ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενη και ευγενική, πάντα διαθέσιμη για να μας εξυπηρετήσει και να μας κάνει να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψη μας και το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει μια αυθεντική και ποιοτική εμπειρία διαμονής στην Πάτμο!

We had a wonderful visit to Patmos and a major reason was the hospitality of Lilka and George and the quality of the Airbnb apartment. We highly recommend it for perfect location and comfort. Lilka is very responsive to every inquiry/request.

A Perfect Stay at Litois – A Hidden Gem in Patmos! From the moment we arrived at Litois, we were blown away. Our host was absolutely amazing—warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The location itself is perfect: peaceful, beautiful, and close to everything you need to enjoy the charm of Patmos. The amenities were top-notch, and the care and thought put into the space made it feel like a home away from home. But what truly stood out was the community. The people on the island are so kind—it’s clear that everyone works together to make visitors feel comfortable, supported, and cared for. We’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and outside of just two others, this one tops our list. It’s a must-stay if you’re coming to Patmos. Bonus: Litois has multiple rooms, making it perfect for family reunions, groups of friends, or even wedding parties. The versatility of the space is incredible. Beautiful. Peaceful. Magical. A+ experience. All the stars!

This trip and stay was easily the best experience I have ever had. The place was newly built so it was really modern, clean and it was amazing. Markella was really helpful throughout our holiday. She helped with everything and gave great recommendations. The place was super clean, and also it had an amazing view. Decoration of the interior was magnificent and we felt like we were in home. Also the place had a great location. It was so quiet and peaceful yet 5 minute walking distance to amazing beaches and restaurants. Also there was an amazing beach party really close yet the place was still super quiet. Also it was 7-8 minutes drive to Scala. Shortly, the location was really good. My girlfriend and I, fell in love with the place and definitely want to visit next year. We will 100% try to stay here again. Many many thanks to Markella and all the other staff. Best Airbnb experience of my life so far!

La casa di Gitsa era perfetta per noi! Pulita, nuova e fornita di tutto quello che si potrebbe necessitare, ci sono stati forniti anche numerosi alimenti per la colazione e bibite. La posizione è perfetta, strategicamente situato al centro dell’isola, è facile raggiungere tutte le spiagge e le altre attrattive dell’isola. Gitsa è estremamente gentile e premurosa, la comunicazione è sempre stata costante durante il nostro soggiorno. Non vediamo l’ora di ritornare. Grazie hai reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile.

Το κατάλυμα της Χρυσας ηταν εξαιρετικό για τη σύντομη διαμονή μας στην Πάτμο! Ο χωρος ηταν πολύ καλά εξοπλισμενος, καθαρος και σε βολική τοποθεσία λιγα λεπτα απο το λιμανι και κοντά στα δημοσια παρκινγκ. Η Χρυσα ειναι πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετικη. Θα συστηναμε το κατάλυμα της ανεπιφύλακτα!

Marietta thoughtfully and creatively made life-time memories for us at Patmos Eye. She has created an experience at this accommodation that enhanced our appreciation of this lovely island. Highly recommended in every respect.

Αν και έμεινα μόνο ένα βράδυ, η διαμονή μου ήταν εξαιρετική! Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό, άνετο και όπως ακριβώς περιγραφόταν. Η Εμμανουέλα ήταν φιλική και πρόθυμη να βοηθήσει. Σίγουρα θα επιλέξω αυτό το κατάλυμα αν ξανάρθω στην Πάτμο. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Corina was a wonderful hostess. She went above and beyond to communicate which is extremely helpful when you are new to the area and country. The place was adorable, clean and had all the amenities listed. It was an easy walk to the main street and marina. I would recommend. Two things, which she cannot change and yet may be a concern, the nextdoor apartment's living room window is ~3 feet from the roof top deck. We were quietly enjoying the evening port view, the conversation disturbed the neighbors (a couple advised us the next day). Also, there is a narrow spiral staircase to access the entire place which may be challenging to navigate with babies, seniors, disabilities and\or if you are large.

Μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία. Το σπίτι ήταν σε πολύ ήσυχο μέρος, πολύ καθαρό και περιποιημένο με όλα τα αναγκαία. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθεαρα αξιοθέατατα του νησιού. Ιδιαίτερη μνεία στην εξαιρετική ιδιοκτητρια Αργυρω , η οποία ήταν ευγενέστατη, πλήρως κατατοπιστικη και πολύ άμεση στην επικοινωνία..Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα ως μια άριστη επιλογή στο πανέμορφο νησι της Λέρου!!! Αργυρω σε ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα. Στο επανιδειν!!!

Die Unterkunft von Eleni ist einfach mega: kurze Wege zum einkaufen und zu tollen, Restaurants, der Strand direkt vor der Tür und vom Zimmer aus sichtbar, akklimatisierte Zimmer und das beste: eine wunderbar herzliche Vermieterin. Ich habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt und ich würde jederzeit wieder kommen.

This place exceeded our expectations. The apartment had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, it was clean & the kitchen was well stocked. The location - next to beach with incredible views of the sea & Telendos Island. Had stairs next to it that went right down to the sand. Everything is walking distance - restaurants, supermarkets, gift shops, climbing supplies, scooter rentals. Vasilia, the host, is extremely helpful & responsive.

Meine Zeit dort war wunderbar, alles war so wie geplant und erwartet. Archondoula hat mir angeboten mit auf ein Festival oben am Berg zu gehen und ihr Onkel hat uns gefahren. Vielen Dank nochmal. Die Musik dort war sehr authentisch. Die Lages des Appartements ist zentral gut gelegen, fussläufig in die schönen Gassen, gleich am Hafen und nahe den Quellen. Man ist mitten im Griechischen Leben, hört manchmal die Schulglocke und die ganz normalen Menschen in Ihrem Alltag. Die Dachterrasse ist herrlich für den morgendlichen Kaffee, wenn die Sonne kommt wäre hier ein Sonnenschutz hilfreich. Dies würde ich Archondoula nochmal als Anregung mitgegeben. Sonst alles perfekt.

Saskia and Janni were on site every day, very approachable and responsive to minor problems. The apartment was comfortable with everything that was needed for an easy enjoyable stay.

The stay at Foteini was wonderful! In addition to the apartment itself which was just great, Foteini was super helpful with everything! I would always come back and recommend a stay!!

Μειναμε αρκετα ευχαριστημενοι απο αυτό το σπίτι, σε ωραια τοποθεσια και σε ησυχη γειτονια! πολυ καλη η επικοινωνια με τους οικοδεσποτες και ευελικτη αφιξη και αναχωρηση! η παραλια διπλα για οσους θελουν γρηγορη βουτια! ενδεικνυται επισης και για οσους θελουν να συνδυασουν τηλεργασια με αναψυχη! Συστηνεται ανεπιφυλακτα!
