House vacation rentals in Patar Beach

The host was welcoming and easily reached via phone. Staff provided cooking materials for a fee. They also helped speak to local vendors on our behalf to get the best price for seafood. I would recommend this to friends and family.

The place is very clean. It has everything we need for a huge family. Huge parking space. We slept very well because the surroundings were very quiet. We didn't have a chance to go to a nice beach though. It was a pity but overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Beth and your staff for attending to all our needs.

this place is an inspiration. so many surprises to explore outdoors, amazing hiking...it could be a tourist destination as well as lodging! the vibe is opulent and energizing. the host is attentive answer accomadating. we especially enjoyed the outdoor patio above the house overlooking the surrounding Greenspace and distant mountains. we also loved the pool!

We had a great Holy Week stay! The house is spacious, clean, and fully equipped—3 air-conditioned rooms, 2 bathrooms with warm water, fresh towels, clean sheets, bidet, big fridge, free gallon of water, Wi-Fi, parking space, and a sampayan outside. The air conditioning was cold enough that we even left the first-floor room open to help cool the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Plus, the living and dining areas already had two electric fans, which helped a lot. It’s very close to Lucap Park and comfortably fit our family of 9, with space for more. We chose this over hotel rooms because it offered more privacy and the comfort of being all together in one home. The price is reasonable for its size, location, and security. Maria Ricel was very accommodating and easy to contact. Highly recommended!

It was a great stay. The house is clean and worth it for the money if you are in group. Place is very quiet and private as it’s inside the subdivision. I will definitely go back to this place.

ang enjoy kame sobra. feeling at home at bagay na bagay for big group of friends or family. however, meron lang need improve sa listing description when it comes sa distance ng patar beach and falls need lang din improve ung cleanliness ng bathroom but overall. the best staycation 🥰🥰🥰

Jovita's place was home away from home. She accommodated our requests. The breakfast was a plus. And although the host stayed in one of the room in the house, it did not disturbed us at all. The place was very peaceful. We had a bit of problem with leaking bathroom but the host was responsive enough to deal with it. All in all a nice experience. Thank you for sharing us your place!
