This beautiful 2 story, 5 BR house is right on the water. The first floor showcases large living area with high ceilings, A/C (NEW) TV w/cable, kitchen, cooking island, 2 BaRs full bathroom, covered terrace, outdoor bbq area. The second floor: master bedroom with private terrace, 2 Bus and full bathroom. All bedrooms with A/C. 2 private docks. Quiet and very private, yet 5 min walk to Parguera town. This house is our vacation home and has been in our family for 20 years. Central A/C

Sunset Villa in La Parguera

Apartment minutes away from La Parguera. The apartment has parking for four cars, a covered terrace, and a full bathroom on the first level. Two bedrooms and a bathroom, plus a laundry area on the second level. In the first bedroom there is a queen-size bed and in the other bedroom there are two bunk beds (1 full bed and 4 twin beds) and on the third level there is the kitchen, dining room, half bathroom and living room. It also has a balcony with a spectacular view.
