Villa vacation rentals in Parga

We had a wonderful stay at Konstantinos & Niki’s place. It surpassed our expectations - the pictures don’t do the space justice! A perfect place for friends or family to hangout as there is plenty of room, with many communal areas to use. The pool and outside kitchen area were our favourites. We were also impressed with the quality and amount of the kitchen items available and the white goods. Niki was so helpful and always responsive if we needed her and gave some great recommendations for restaurants etc. Thank you again.

Buchung und Kommunikation mit Thalia war stets angenehm. Check-In flexibel (wir kamen nach 21:00 an, zusätzliche Verspätung durch Sportereignis), Thalia hat auf uns gewartet und uns durchs Haus geführt. Es gab ein „Welcome Package“ bestehend aus Wasser, Saft und einer Flasche Weißwein - für Kaffeetrinker gab es eine Grundausstattung mit Nescafé-Kapseln. Tolle Geste, gerade wenn man wie wir später ankommt. Ausstattung der Villa ist wie beschrieben, eine Dinge sind jedoch nur für 2 Personen verfügbar (z.B. Weingläser). Küche könnte noch ein paar praktische Utensillien mehr vertragen (z.B. größeres Schneidebrett, Aufbewahrung „Tupperware“). Für 2 Personen machbar, wenn die Villa voll belegt wird, dann ist Flexibilität gefragt …. Villa absolut sauber, Pool und Villa werden regelmäßig während des Aufenthalts gereinigt - Zeitpunkt des Service hat Thalia jeweils angekündigt. Pool und Aussenbereich sind super, einen Gasgrill mit Grillbesteck gab´s auch.

We wanted to see how Lefkada looked in winter, so we rented Kostantinos’s villa. We loved it because it allows pets, has central heating, is spacious, and has a beautiful garden. We loved our stay there also because it was very quiet and relaxing.

I can only say great things about our stay here. The entire experience was top-notch from start to finish. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, the facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the location was perfect. If we had any questions, we could just contact the hosts and they would always respond very quickly. The view from the Villa was just amazing and totally worth it. The swimming pool at the villa was also great and clean. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. I can guarantee that you won‘t be disappointed.

Perfect hosts, friendly staff. Daily cleaning and perfect amenities. 10/10 would recommend. And will definitely stay again!

Our stay at Katerina’s village was perfect. Kids loved the private pool and staff was very friendly. Thank you Giorgia for everything. Village and beach was in 5 minutes walking distance. Would recommend!

Περάσαμε 7 υπέροχες μερεσ με την οικογένεια μου στο Σπίτι της Ιωάννας. Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καθαρό, ευρύχωρο και ο κήπος απλά ένα όνειρο. Θα συνιστούσα οπωσδήποτε ένα αυτοκίνητο γιατί είναι απαρατήρητο για επίσκεψη κάποιασ παραλίας η βόλτα το βράδυ. Η επικοινωνία με την Ιωάννα ήταν άψογη απαντούσε αμέσως σε μηνύματα η τηλεφώνημα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την Φιλοξενία.

Ioanna’s place was perfect location, on the cliff looking over the beautiful ocean just 5 min drive from Gaios. There was a semi-private bay at the bottom and the house was more than large enough for 6. She was very helpful in coordinating our cars and 2 boat days as well. The kitchens were a little poorly stocked which made it slightly challenging when cooking for 6 but we still made it work. One of the bathrooms also had a broken shower curtain but again it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, the stay was lovely and Ionna was very helpful.

Great property that I highly recommend for families. Maria gave us wonderful homemade delacates and welcome gifts. She gave us good advices and warm attention. The property is so well maintained and the garden is perfect.

Great location and lovely villa. Short walk to Loggos and the many nice restaurants. Nearest beach a short walk down the hill.

La maison a une vue exceptionnelle , l’emplacement est juste idéal , elle est très confortable et agréable , inutile de bouger et d’aller voir ailleurs , tout était parfait Nos hôtes ont été très gentils , toujours réactifs , très amicaux et conciliants Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour chez vous

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana dopo un lungo viaggio in macchina attraverso l'Albania. Arrivare nella villa è stato come un premio di relax, pulizia e comodità. Abbiamo apprezzato il silenzio, il rumore del mare, il tramonto e le stelle. Dalla villa c'è un accesso diretto al mare, puoi svegliare il tuo corpo direttamente nell'acqua marina e tornare per fare la colazione sulla veranda. La zona è estremamente tranquilla, poche persone sulle spiagge anche in pieno agosto e diversi posti molto belli a pochi km di distanza. L'isola di Lefkada, a parte il traffico dovuto ai lavori stradali ed al ponte levatoio, è a meno di un'ora di automobile ma ci sono altre località molto belle da visitare sul continente. L'Host è disponibile ed efficiente ed è sempre pronta ad aiutare per consigli o per risolvere eventuali problemi che possano capitare, come purtroppo accaduto a noi. Una vera oasi di relax.

This place is heaven on earth. With breathtaking views of Paxi and Corfu, Stavroula's place is a true gem in Syvota. Spacious, absoutely confortable for 8 people, with a lovely swimming pool and everything you need to relax and chill. Unpretentious luxury is the best way to describe this place. It goes without saying that you need a car but the view is unique (the golden hour / sunset time is not to be missed). In addition to the impressive services, our host, Stavroula, was more than welcoming and hospitable. Responsive, smiling, with good recommendations! We will definitely return to this place again in 2024!

We had such a lovely stay, the house was perfect and in a wonderful location and Sofia was so kind in helping us and looking after us! We had a wonderful holiday, thank you! We will be back

I cannot speak highly enough of Villa Maura. Myself and my family, six of us in total had a fantastic stay here. Extremely comfortable, a perfect size to accommodate all of us, good sized bathrooms all with walk in showers. Good facilities throughout and wonderfully clean and tidy. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Very helpful and informative. We didn't have any issues or problems, but if we did I'm sure they would have been attended to promptly. The pool is a good size and in a great location to make the most of the view. The sun loungers are very comfortable which is always an added bonus. Even though the pictures look stunning, I promise that the view is even better in person - Trust me! Absolutely breath taking waking up to that each morning. A car is essential (although you can get taxis from Nydri if you look into it) but it's only a 10mins drive down to the town. We will most definitely be returning here 100% - Wonderful holiday at a wonderful villa.

Fantastic villa, in close driving range to supermarkets and a beautiful view to go with it. The hosts are very helpful and we would most definitely recommend this villa for as a perfect location in lefkada!!

Wir waren 5 Tage in der Unterkunft und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Bei der Anfahrt ist das letzte Stück Straße etwas holprig und man läuft auch vom Parkplatz einige Stufen hinab zum Quartier. Aber der Blick von der Terrasse und vom Bett morgens aufs Meer ist dafür einfach nur traumhaft; der Strand im Oktober fast menschenleer und dazu das kristallklare , türkis schimmernde Wasser. Da ist man auch gerne bereit, den Hang hinab und später wieder hinauf zu laufen. Das Haus mit der Kombination aus Naturstein und Holz wirkt sehr einladend ; der Platz in den Zimmern ist großzügig bemessen, das große Doppelbett super bequem. Da wir gerne selber kochen, hätte ich mir ein bisschen mehr Equipment in der Küche gewünscht oder vielleicht auch einen Außengrill. Wie wir erfahren haben, ist es in den Sommermonaten wohl nicht ganz so ruhig- jetzt war es sehr erholsam und auch ein spätes Auschecken ohne Aufpreis kein Problem.

There are no words to describe this place! It feels like a dream. A fully equipped modern villa, nestled between the mountains, is all you need. The beautifully aligned outdoor space and the landscape tranquility feels literally surreal. Panos is more than a superhost, really attentive and kind! our communication was excellent! We absolutely loved our stay in Lefkada! We went during the shoulder season and enjoyed empty beaches, beautiful views by the pool, and warm hospitality from our host. The house was spotless and perfect for our large family. The surrounding area is private, but there are plenty of restaurants, etc just a short drive away. Multiple beaches can be accessed within minutes. Our host responded immediately to all our questions and allowed us to have a flexible check-in since we were arrive later in the evening. Highly recommend a stay here!

First, I booked this whilst on the road. for the next day. The hosts were soo accommodating as it was not ready when I booked but by the time I arrived ( early) all was done including the pool! Remember it is outside the holiday season in Greece. The place is immaculate, with beautiful furniture and fittings. Nothing was too much trouble. I took it for myself, but 3 fellow motorcyclist turned up and we loved it so much, and the area for an extra day. cannot fault anything or the hosts. Good tip given, is walk to town, taxi back. Wat hebben wij een fantastische week op Lefkas gehad Het appartement is geweldig en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt Heerlijke bedden, schoon, zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen We kwamen laat aan maar voor de eerste dag was er brood, beleg koffie thee, fruit en zelfs wijn En dan de rust wanneer je buiten zit, helemaal verliefd op deze mooie plek Dankbaar voor de mooie week Dit was onze eerste keer Griekenland maar we komen zeker terug !!!!

We had an incredible stay with our 3 sons. The villa was beautifully designed and well considered with amazing views. It was close to town and the beach. There is a supermarket at the bottom of the street about 100yrds away which sells most things. The villa was serviced really well , clean and the cleaners came halfway through. The pool was treated twice while we were there. The furniture was plentiful - liked the outdoor bean bag chairs and the air conditioning was excellent. There was a bottle of wine in the fridge to welcome us. There were lots of dishwashing tablets and rubbish bags. The town about 7 mins walk away has great restaurants and a few bars and shops. Enough to keep us happy for a week. Local beaches are fab and 20 mins away is a town called Mytikas - a pretty little fishing town with great fish restaurants and cafes. We rented a car but probably didn’t need it as everything is on your doorstop. The agent Susanna was helpful communicative warm and responsive.
