Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Parede

We just finished a fabulous five night stay and highly recommend. Gui greeted us upon arrival and walked us through the home. It is a historic home so there are some quirks, though nothing crazy. The house was a perfect size for our party of 8 (ages 12-70). The location absolutely cannot be beat - we never walked more than 15 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go which was much appreciated at the end of the night! There is noise as the home is centrally located but that is a worthwhile trade off for the location. Washer (line dry) worked well and there were umbrellas, towels, sand toys, etc for the beach. We did not cook at the house so cannot provide a review but kitchen was spacious and well stocked. There is only AC in two of the rooms but there are shutters that help keep the heat of the day out and there were two fans available as well. Especially for the price and location, this is a great home for a large group.

Met veel plezier hebben wij 5 dagen gebruik gemaakt van alles wat het huisje te bieden heeft. Isabel is een vriendelijke en attente gastvrouw, we voelden ons meteen thuis. Alles wat we nodig hadden was aanwezig en meer. Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad en komen graag nog eens terug. Zelfs ons late aankomsttijd was geen enkel probleem. De 5 sterren zijn dik verdiend.

Sofia was a very proactive and friendly host. All key information were promptly provided days prior to check-in. Easy self-access with the instructions provided. Rooms were ready and property was clean by the time we arrived. It is a 10-20 minutes commute to certain shops at late hours, however, the privacy is worth its keep. There is supermarket super close by, for us was unfortunate due to the time we would arrive everyday at the property meant they were always closed, but those seeking a holiday, that would be no issue. Lovely spacious living room with doors that you see straight out to the swimming pool. As we were there mainly for business purposes, we did not manage to have usage of certain available amenities - but worth to those coming in for a holiday. Sofia was also always efficient in responding, regardless of time (unethical on my part to message pas midnight) nonetheless, she would respond right away. Beautiful home and an amazing host.

Wir hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Fotos und bietet alles was man Brauch. Die offene Küche und der kleine Pool mit den Hängematten im Hof waren das absolute Highlight. Wenn ich mir ein kleines Ferienhaus bauen würde, dann würde es genau so aussehen. 🫶🏼 François war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns sogar mit Wein und leckerem Käse begrüßt hat. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder.

Simplesmente perfeito. A minha família e eu passamos um fim de semana maravilhoso na casa Seahorse. O espaço é fantástico com um jardim enorme e a possibilidade de avistar os cavalos na parte de traz da casa. Os miúdos regalaram-se. Muito obrigado por tudo Célia. Voltaremos!

This place was stunning. We had a great stay! There were six of us and more than enough room. The host was fantastic and super easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung von Filipa ist ein Traum! Sie hat uns persönlich begrüßt und uns noch wertvolle Infos zu Supermärkten und Ausflugszielen gegeben. Die Wohnung selbst ist blitzblank sauber und hat alles, was wir brauchten. Wir haben täglich selbst gekocht und die Küche ist super dafür ausgestattet. Besonders viel Zeit haben wir auf der wunderschönen Terrasse verbracht. Bis zur Metro ist es 10 Minuten zu Fuß, bis zur Bushaltestelle nur 5. Eine kleine Bar und ein sehr leckeres Restaurant sind direkt nebenan. Die Fenster sind aber schallisoliert, sodass wir angenehm in den gemütlichen Betten schlafen konnten. Wir sind auf jeden Fall hellauf begeistert und empfehlen Filipas Wohnung gerne weiter. Danke für alles!

Wir waren das dritte Mal in der Wohnung von Ricardo. Er hat die Wohnung dieses Jahr komplett renoviert und eine niegelnagelneue Küche eingebaut und neuen Boden verlegt auch die Elektrogeräte in der Küche sind neu. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Im Whirlpool kann man am Abend wunderschön entspannen. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen für Besichtigungen in der Stadt. Nebenan ist der Lidl Supermarkt und im selben Gebäude ein Auchan in dem man sich perfekt selbst versorgen kann und auf der vorhandenen Dachterrasse grillen kann. Ein großes Plus und äußerst selten ist die Tiefgarage mit einem Stellplatz für das Auto für die Ausflüge. Außen Stellplätze gibt es in Lissabon nämlich keine und deswegen ist ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Perfekt.

We had a wonderful stay in Diana’s apartment; it was perfect. It’s a lovely space to return to each day and you’re able to eat in many restaurants close by. The apartment is super clean, beautifully furnished and lovely bedroom & linen. The kitchen & washing machine are great to be self sufficient for a few days. It’s a gem and made our Porto stay extra special. Thanks Diana & her team…and a shout out to Ricardo for being so helpful.

The patio with the view of the city was amazing. It is in a great location, extremely walkable, and as described. The five flight walk up is not bad and worth the view, but the last flight up to the apartment is very steep.

This place was a perfect stay if you’re looking to be central to night life, shopping, and great restaurants. The rooftop view with some coffee in the morning and wine in the evening is amazing plus with a beautiful view of Lisbon. We would 100% stay here again!

L'appartement était très propre et joliment décoré, le jardin apporte un plus pour se détendre en fin de journée, nous avons également apprécié la tranquillité du quartier qui permet de bien se reposer avant chaque nouvelle expédition.

Rita’s apartment is located in a great area. We were able to walk to both Lx Factory and Time Out Market during our stay. It was nice to find cheese and crackers, chocolates and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. The apartment was clean and has a lot of natural light. One note, the flight of stairs at the entrance and to the back patio are a bit steep. Rita was very communicative with us and we would highly recommend her apartment.

I went to Lisbon for a conference, and I enjoyed staying at Rose's apartment. It is located close to the conference center. It would have been nice to stay for longer and enjoy the pool!

My sister and I spent 3 wonderful nights at this cute apartment. Catarina was a wonderful host, giving us great advise on restaurants and travel tips. The only negative is its up four flights of stairs, but as a trade off you get 2 private roof top balconies to relax once you arrive. Great views! There's a nice park a short distance away where we enjoyed coffee and a farmers market. Easily walk to all parts of the city. We highly recommend a stay in this accommodation!!

The rooftop apartment is fabulous with a highlight the gorgeous large terrace at the back- sunny and private. Perfect for breakfast and aperitivos in the evening! Clara’s restaurant recommendations were helpful and excellent. The stairs are steep ( but we were warned) and the square is very popular with a young & loud crowd, so very noisy until late at night. Clara is planning to put in double glazed windows which should make a difference. There are cafes, bars and restaurants around the square as well as a small supermarket. The area is beautiful and public transport is very accessible. Clara responded to all questions & requests immediately. This is a very lovely apartment!!! Highly recommend

Joaquin’s place was spacious and great light from the two balconies. Good for one person or couple. Accessible 4th floor entrance with elevator!

Superbe appartement dans un bâtiment magnifique. Grande terrasse très agréable. Les fenêtres et les cloisons diminuent grandement les bruits extérieurs et permettent de bien dormir. Literie et lit très confortable. Un bel endroit sécuritaire pour passer plusieurs jours à Lisbonne !

We had a wonderful stay at Rafa’s apartment. It is clean, bright and sunny, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We walked down to the historic center each day; it’s about a mile walk so wear comfortable shoes. The only difficulty we had was finding the correct building in the complex when we first arrived. We called Rafa and he immediately assisted us in locating the building. As it turned out, the building number (the address as listed in the booking) is above the double glass building entrance doors. Once we located the building, the self check in was very easy. Rafa is a very responsive, helpful, and friendly host. We can’t wait to come back!

This apartment is incredibly special. The history, the beautiful old details. If you want a one-of-a-kind experience in Lisbon, I highly recommend staying here. The location is perfect and the private outdoor space is divine. Comfortable rooms and spacious overall. Will stay again!

Ricardo’s condo was perfect! Pristine and in a very central location but not noisy. Easy to walk everywhere . So accommodating with checkin and check out. Beautiful view and perfect size for 2 people, my daughter and i loved it. We tried several recommendations they sent to us and all were exactly what we wanted. Mac was there to greet us and explained the condo perfectly. We would stay again and recommend to all of our friends Thanks for the lovely stay in Lisbon, Ricardo!
