It is located 15 minutes from the center of Saint-Tropez and Pampelonne, 10 minutes from the beaches of Gigaro and a stone's throw from Gassin. The house is brand new and is part of a small winery. Very nice apartment 400m from the square and located in a new residence with swimming pool. The rental is ideal, with a small supermarket 100 meters away, and the beach and bars and restaurants 400 meters away, you won't need a car! The apartment is composed of a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room with open kitchen (dolce gusto machine) and a garden with terrace for dinner or lunch.
