Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Panglao Island

Our party of seven had a perfect stay at Casa Luisa. The house is more spacious than the photos depict. The kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals. The youngsters enjoyed the professionally maintained pool. We would happilly stay at Casa Luisa again.

We had an amazing stay at Lynette’s Guest House! It’s a huge and very comfortable place! The house truly feels like a home, with a warm and cozy atmosphere that made our stay extra special. What made it even better were the hosts — incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. If you’re looking for a spacious, homey, and well-located place to stay in Bohol, this guest house is highly recommended!

Staying at Wander Nest was amazing! My whole family and I loved it! The place was beautiful, they had a good number of options for the included breakfast - which tasted so good, they had a van and a tuktuk that helped us get around to the closer areas, and most importantly the people that worked there were very genuine at helping us and making our stay wonderful and worthwhile! If you needed things or areas to be cleaned up, they will gladly do so! They also gave amazing reccomendations and offered numerous help. Our stay was as delightful as we hoped! The place itself was neat and comfortable for all of us. If you’re in Bohol, it will definitely be a great option to stay here, especially for bigger groups! Looking forward to when we get a chance to visit Bohol again!

The House of the Rising Sun was perfect for our group of 10 (9 adults and 1 child). Chris was responsive from the time that I was inquiring about many things before the actual booking, to the time that we were already in Bohol. He made practical suggestions that enabled us to maximize our time in Bohol. The van service provided by the Airbnb was a dealbreaker for us, because this made the airport transfers, the tours and the transportation to and from the beach and the restaurants so much easier (and cheaper!). The house itself was spacious and clean, and it came with all the creature comforts that one would expect from a good airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and again this was a major plus for Paul and Chris' place since we did not want to be at the beach all day long. Thank you, Chris, for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect place to chill and bond with family and friends.

The host Renilo was great & very responsive. It’s a comfortable & nice house to stay in if you’re visiting Bohol.

The place is clean, cozy and perfectly located. The owner is very welcoming and responsive to our requests and concerns. Also, the place is equipped with home appliances that is very much needed since we used to cook food for breakfast and dinner. One minor note I noticed is that the toilet has no bidet, but no problem though- we bought dipper. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a place to stay that’s near the restaurants, massage spa and walking distance to Alona Beach.

We felt like staying at a friend’s home. The family was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. They offered complimentary coffee, tea, eggs, and kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. It was a peaceful, quiet retreat — the perfect place to unwind and feel at home.

We stayed at Don and Grace’s place for 20 days — and honestly, we didn’t want to leave. I’m currently preparing for a bikini fitness competition and follow a very strict diet. Don went out of his way to accommodate my needs — he even built a grill area after I mentioned it! The internet connection is excellent, perfect for remote work. I had several online meetings without any issues. The house is spacious and comfortable. We were 2–3 people and it was just right, but it can definitely accommodate more. It’s quiet at night, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. The local fish market is a 15–20 minute walk away, and there are small stores nearby for everyday needs. There were thoughtful extras included, like coffee, drinking water, and more — things you really appreciate during a long stay. The peaceful mornings by the river were absolutely priceless. Don and Grace are incredibly responsive. We would love to go back again soon! Highly recommended!

nice clean little room with a very f good price!

Stayed here for about 2 weeks after extending my stay. The resort is an amazing place to stay with very friendly people, a nicely sized pool, good food and the ability to rent a motorcycle scooter for a good price is also a very big plus. the only thing that I had trouble with sometimes is the connection of the wi-fi. There are also a lot of animals around the resort which can make a lot of sounds in the morning and sometimes at night. This didn't bother me too much but is good to know if you're a tough sleeper. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area again. (:

It is quiet and away from city noise

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment is super clean and - in contrast to other places - without any insects or other little animals. You also find a hot and powerful shower. Another advantage is that the entrance to the studio is directly near an asphalt street. At other places you often have to use adventurous patches. There are no other guests, only a nearly unvisible Australian pensioner. The garden is very beautiful. However the pool is not here but in a neighbours garden. If you don't want to walk one kilometer to the White Beach (where you can't really swim) during sunshine it's better to have a bike what the owner offers to rent. My favourite beach was at Oceanic Resort where the water is deeper and the beach very clean. There are some mini shops around but it's better to drive to a real supermarket. The famous Alona beach was very disappointing because of the traffic. Be aware that electricity, water and gas is to be paid separately, in my case around one € per day.

I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable stay in Panglao. One small note: the location was a bit difficult to find—Google Maps directed us to the wrong place initially.

I had a wonderful stay here! The space was lovely – clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, always available if I had any questions. The location is great too – close enough to town for convenience, but still peaceful. You do hear planes going over the room, but it’s okay the host provides earplugs too. It was really easy to catch a tuk-tuk whenever I needed to go anywhere. There is also a jacuzzi which is a nice touch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

I stayed for 2 nights, and the communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made the trip very comfortable. The host kindly explained how to rent a motorbike and arrange transportation from the airport, making everything easy and stress-free. The cleanliness and hygiene of the property were excellent, and the jacuzzi was well-maintained. Hot water was available, but during peak times, the water pressure could be a bit low. However, the manager was always on standby to help, and they quickly resolved any issues. There are a friendly, delicious local-style pizza pub and a Mexican restaurant right in front of the property, which was a great bonus. The location was also convenient for accessing nearby attractions, making it a perfect place to stay for a trip.

The location of this place is probably the highlight of this place. It has a great cafe nearby and right in the middle of Alona where everything can be reached through walking. It's surrounded by great restaurants and a great massage place. The beach is a short walk. The place is quiet. The rooms are comfortable and big enough for more than 5 people. We had issues with the bidet and a delay in responses with the host as they were traveling. But once we got a hold of them, they fixed the issues with had and provided great lists of places to visit. It was definitely worth it to stay.

The place was very big, better than staying in a small hotel room and had a nice large outside balcony. Air-conditioning and Wi-Fi worked well. We liked that it had all the amenities you need for cooking and reheating and having a fridge freezer to have cold drinks with ice was great. The garden was well kept and the shared pool was very clean and inviting. The host was very responsive to a few queries we had and the spa bath was a nice touch, we only used it once on our last night wish I had tried it earlier. Guard there 24 hours and the maintenance / gardener guy was very friendly. Nice place away from the noise and not too far of a walk to Alona beach area, no real need for a tricycle but they are available just out side the gate most times. Just watch that you don't get over charged like our first trip, we new the going rate from then on. Hired a car for a day/night and was able to park it securely for only 100 peso a day. I think if you rent motor bike Its free.

Very nice place. And close to the beach too. The only minor disavantage is that there are about 100m of bad road. It's not a big inconvenience, but some drivers with low cars refuse to take you there.

its our 2nd time to checkin to this house... Its still the same house we stayed - everything looks good. I noticed that it is well maintained and very clean despite the 3 year gap of our past and then this recent visit. I would still go back here the 3rd time if I would visit Bohol.

The most outstanding element to this place is incredible customer service. Chris and Aple go over and above to ensure that their guests have the best experience possible. As an experienced traveler, I can tell you that it's the people who shape the vacation. That's where the gold is, and these people are a treasure grove! Joshua was waiting in the first available pickup spot right as we got off the ferry. The drive to the unit was peaceful and efficient. We were going to originally hire a tricycle for 500 php, but the rate with Joshua in a private car was the same price! The reception with Judy was warm and fluid. Everything came together beautifully. The prices are also lower than most. A rental of a new 125 Click scooter was only 350 php per day, which is the lowest we have seen here. Chris was also very responsive with communication using the Air B and B app. We couldn't have been more pleased, and we left inspired to give back more value because of all of the extra value given
