Bedrooms are airconditioned. In the past we accommodated 30 guests with extra sleeping mattresses. Beds are for 1-2-3 persons. Located near Holy Name University & Hospital. Near from MC Donald's Drive Thru, 10 minutes away from Island City Mall (ICM). Along main road w/ public transportations. Quite and secured.

The house is made of native material and concrete which makes it cool and very comfortable. Big yard with a lot of trees and plants. The large patio makes a great al fresco dining and perfect to socialize, creating happy memories. Ideally located in Alona town! Few minutes walk to Alona Beach. **NOT on the beach.
