If ever I’ll need to be in Valenzuela again for sure I’ll book this place. Kettle and utensils needs to be cleaned though.. but overall nice place

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Nestor is friendly and meticulously gave us an orientation of his place. We enjoyed the night market and food trucks in the neighbourhood. Shang and Megamall are within walking distance and big dog friendly. The condo is also big dog friendly which is kinda rare in the neighbourhood. Thank you for letting us stay! We had a good time!

We had the best time staying here! The purpose of our trip was to have a surprise proposal for our friend's girlfriend at the rooftop, and the host made it all possible. We rented a room and the rooftop, and everything went perfectly. The place felt so homey and comfortable. There are so many stores nearby, so it was super easy to grab anything we needed. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot for a special occasion or a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at The Meydan Suites, a cozy studio-type unit located in Azure North, Pampanga. The unit was clean, stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and with easy access to local attractions. The amenities of Azure North were a highlight — especially the pool area, which gave off a relaxing resort vibe. Our host was responsive and accommodating, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay and would gladly recommend The Meydan Suites to anyone visiting Pampanga.

Had our team building here and we all had an awesome time! The house was super clean and spacious—exactly like the photos. It was so spotless, you’d be shy not to tidy up after yourself! The caretakers were really friendly and helpful, and Tara, the owner, was super responsive to our questions. Bonus: the location is accessible enough for Grab Food deliveries, which made meals extra convenient. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely family home—it was the perfect spot for our group!

I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

We had a wonderful stay at Sir Andres' and Ms. Melanie's place! As a couple traveling with four dogs, it can be hard to find accommodations that are both pet-friendly and comfortable, but this home exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless and had everything we needed—from a fully equipped kitchen to fresh linens and strong Wi-Fi. All the amenities were complete and thoughtfully provided, which made our stay super convenient and comfortable. Our dogs had plenty of space to relax, and the host was very accommodating and kind about having pets. The location was peaceful, yet still close to everything we needed. We truly appreciated the host’s responsiveness and attention to detail. Highly recommended for anyone—especially pet owners—looking for a clean, fully equipped, and welcoming place to stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

It’s my 2nd time booking Jons place. I find the condo just about right to what I paid for, could be a bit less but it is the location that’s awesome. It’s in BGC and actually walkable to where the main action was. Lotsa restaurants to go around with. Doing a run whether it’s day or night is really peaceful and safe. There’s a 24hr 7eleven just at the ground floor of the Condo Bldgs…..it’s very convenient. Security guards are all nice and helpful. Jon’s place felt homey to me already and I would book again if I were in Metro Manila. In addition the pool and the area is just ok, there is no AC in the lobby of tower C just fyi and their elevators are sometimes under repair but ok as well. Book Jons place you wouldn’t regret it.

Had a wonderful stay at Chris' place with a beautiful city view. Very convenient area and it being close to a local tv network studio, I had the chance to meet local celebrities during my stay.
