The place was as described in the listing. All the hosts were responsive to my questions. It was very easy to check in and out, considering we had a late check in and an early check out. It was easy to book grab from the place.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

It was a nice! I booked it for my crews during event in Omotesando, the place is clean and neat, it can occupy up to 5 Adults! it has a huge bathroom and odor free. ACs are cool, TV provided with netflix so i didn't have to use my own account. 5 mins drive to fresh market Bintaro (i think it's about 10 mins walk?) and probably about 10-15 mins drive to Bxchange, PIM, RSPI, etc. I deeply apologize to the host for forgetting to clean up the place and take out the trash. My crews checked out the property completely trashed, but the host was really nice, gave me a warning and was cool about it. Once again, i'm really sorry. Overall the place is nice and clean, the Host is super nice, the location is superb, Thank you!

The room is very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city, it's easy to get to the mall, just a little difficult to find a place to pack the car

Just what we needed for a week's stay in Jakarta! Brilliant location and access to the Mall is probably the highlight, saved us so much time, eliminating the hassle of navigating the busy J streets. The gym and pool are very well maintained - we love to use them daily. We had a minor issue with the bathroom, but the owner was incredibly accommodating and ensured everything was taken care of. This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

Great place, clean house, smells good and got PS 5. Complete cooking equipments. Easy check in and located in a very secure neighbourhood.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

depends on what you're looking for, but for the price you'll get an entire tiny hom in a very nice neighborhood and a great jumping point to explore serpong/BSD area.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Thank you for the lovey stay Adit. The place was sparkling clean. And i love the decoration of the room which lifts up my mood. Everything was in good condition (or i might say best). Adit was also very responsive and nice. Will definitely stay again in Adits house.
