Quiet and organized accommodation. TV, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, stove, bed, towels and parking in excellent condition. Utensils for basic needs. We were made to feel very welcome and guided! We were delighted to find coffee powder and sweeteners to make coffee in the morning, which was a nice touch! Super Thanks! Thanks Elci and Vera!

The stay at Dior's house was excellent, as shown in the listing with the respective photos. A functional home with the items we need for a good stay. Large and spacious pool, ample space for sunbathing, and a good space for barbecuing. 2 en-suites have air-conditioning and another room with a fan that met the needs. Quiet neighborhood and safe place. Dior was proactive in helping us and his assistant Conceição was attentive. A good opportunity to stay in Uberlândia. We like the space we chose and recommend it to guests.

I always stay in the Ribeiro family's APs. I feel at home. Hosts are always very kind, flexible and polite. The APs are always impeccable. There is everything we need. Including a welcome chocolate to improve our day. The neighborhood is quiet, easy to access.

I know the importance of the evaluation, because like many, I always see the comments before finalizing the reservations. You can close "without fear" about this apartment, reliable photos, cozy space, everything extremely organized and clean, I felt right at home. I also highlight the host Silvana, easy to contact and always ready to assist us when necessary. We will definitely be back (my family and I).

My Airbnb experience was excellent! The location is great, set in a beautiful place, close to everything we needed. The area is quiet, providing a very pleasant stay. The host was attentive and always quick to respond, which made communication very easy. The property was clean and tidy, exactly as shown in the listing photos. Amanda was extremely kind and attentive to our baby's needs. In addition, the condominium is very safe and provided with pleasant spaces, such as a playground, toy library and swimming pool, and we enjoyed everything. The apartment is modern, well decorated and with facilities for a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is simple, as in the photos, and for what we proposed it served us very well. The location is very good, there are bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, ice cream parlors, all very close. The building is very good and safe. The locals are very kind. The host is very calm and always responded to us quickly and kindly. Some reservations are necessary because I also use this space to inform myself about this type of demand: parking is for small cars. The building has no elevator, and the apartment is on the second floor. The apartment has only one double bed and one single bed. The third bed is a sofa bed, which suited us well because we have two small children. The kitchen is for the basics, and for those who are passing through, it is enough. Next to the building is a bar that bothered us a lot because of the noise. But I emphasize that for us it was a great stay and he treated us well.
