We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the host. We were a family of 6 staying 2 nights at The Villa by the Sea to attend a wedding in Madh Island. This place suited our needs. There was plenty of space to sleep and keep our belongings. They also made arrangements for our driver to have access to a bathroom to freshen up during the two days he was with us. Shagun and Ronald were both very responsive to my inquiries and the staff at the place we're friendly and accomodating. The place is clean, breakfast of anda pav, aloo bhajji and poha was delicious and the lawn and pool were great ambience to relax in. The beach is also literally right across the road if you choose to take a walk during low tide.

I liked the place! It had all the things that I wanted, the location is a bit remote but then again it had all the amenities and shops and restaurants one would need. Check in experience was great, the house was beautifully maintained. However I do feel that the ACs could have been better but then again it was a hot day so no complaints. Sinora was a wonderful hostess and she is super friendly and responsive. All in all it was a great place and I would definitely consider visiting the place again.

We have stayed there for few days and during the stay it felt like home away from home. The whole apartment was clean and spacious as per the description. The surrounding is very good with playground for kids. The apartment is well maintained and security is also very good. The host is very responsive and helpful. If we have to come to Thane again we will surely prefer this apartment.

This place was exactly what we were looking for – quiet, secluded, and with a nice “getaway from it all” feel. It’s an agro-tourism spot, so there’s plenty of charm and space to enjoy without feeling too far from the city. The food was great, and having sports equipment on hand was a nice touch – definitely kept us entertained. The watchtower was also a great hangout spot to chill, chat, and soak in the surroundings. And Vishnu, the caretaker, deserves a shoutout – super helpful and just generally a solid guy. A couple of things that could be better: the outside lighting wasn’t really cutting it after dark (a torch is your best friend), and the mosquito control could use some work - it got better as the temperature dropped, though. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a relaxed and laid-back getaway. Would absolutely recommend it if you’re looking for a peaceful escape close to the city.
