Vacation rentals with a patio in Palermo

We really enjoyed our stay at carolina & Matias’s place. Everything we needed. and the big terrace was a bonus. Centrally located in Palermo Soho, which must have the highest concentration of restaurants of any neighborhood in the world, and convenient via bus or taxi or walking (the best! because Buenos Aires is very flat) to other areas of interest in the city.

The truth is that the apartment was spotless! Super comfortable, nice, clean and with good services. When I detected that there was no adapter for the plugs they fixed it quickly and smoothly. It is a location that I like a lot, on an avenue (safe and easy to get taxis and uber) but high and very quiet floor. Also very close to good restaurants, bars, and movida. It's easy to get around to other parts of the city. I highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Palermo Hollywood. Excellent patio and view. One of the patio chairs was broken but that is a small complaint. The apartment was close to good restaurants, bakeries and gyms. The apartment was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Maik, the host, was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely wonderful stay!! Incredible hot tub on the roof that is private. Lovely views and very comfortable room. We had a fantastic stay!

The only thing we can say about this place is that it's really amazing. We were a group of 8 friends to enjoy the long weekend, claudia showed predisposition from the day we booked the place, she was always in contact with us, she waited for us at the house to show us every corner. We fell in love with the place. Absolutely nothing is missing. No one disturbs you. You have a terrace to make roasts, a plaza in front for an afternoon, bars and restaurants to dine in the evening, the truth is that there is no chance of getting anything better. We wanted to stay in a real neighborhood, not a tourist district, for our extended stay in BA. Carolina's place fit the bill. Walking a block or two, you've got really good restaurants, grocers, bank, fabulous pizza (fugazetti), a lovely park, bus stops... really everything you need to live as a local. The place had quaint woodwork & ironwork, & good wifi. The coffee maker was nice (Nespresso) tho the pods got expensive, as much coffee as we drink! Mostly , what we didn't like about the place wasn't Carolina's fault and was beyond her control -- like the new construction going on directly behind of a new building, so noisy mornings. Hopefully they'll finish it soon! Also the street in front of the apartment is not a quiet side street; it's a thoroughfare.We didn't find the eating area to be comfortable, so we ate in the living room -- the stools were too high to sit comfortably at the island. But good value for the $ & a warm, helpful host made up for those things.

The stay was excellent, everything was as expected, from the amenities to the services. The owners of the house are always very friendly and attentive to our needs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The space was great for three women, with each of us having our own spacious bedroom. The house was great, with plenty of outdoor space. The location is perfectly situated in the Palermo neighborhood and walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. Only critique is that the house was pretty dusty/dirty on the floors (needed to keep socks or shoes on), but nothing excessive. Highly recommend staying here if you're traveling to Buenos Aires

This place is perfect for stays near the Movistar Arena. The apartment is located three blocks from the stadium, in a very quiet neighborhood. It's on the ground floor, so it has an ideal patio to enjoy during the day. The place is spacious, well lit and has a garage ideal for small cars. The master bathroom is super spacious and also has a fully stocked kitchen and laundry room. Communication with Maria was always very fluid, this is key for any questions that may arise during the stay. Although it is not an area that is known for having many bars or restaurants, a few blocks away you have the Los Bohemios bodega, which is a 10, and several cafes within walking distance. We will definitely be back!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

The apartment is beautiful, it is a duplex inside a building. Something unusual in the area. Very comfortable, everything new (that's to be appreciated). Very convenient garage, the outdoor patio invites you to stay when you don't want to go out. And Nico is always attentive!! We will be back!!

We had a wonderful experience Clean, airy apartment, in a location close to everything. Gonzalo was very helpful, attentive, responded quickly to all requests and left us at will. All furniture, utensils, new and well cared for. We'll come back more often!
