Family-friendly vacation rentals in Oven's Beach

Absolutely best house in the area. Sits up on a hill with an infinity pool that overlooks Greg ocean and amazing sunsets. Expansive house that had more space than we needed. We hired a buggy to get us around but there is a lot that is very walkable directly from the house including several beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a fabulous time staying here, always felt safe and relaxed… loved Buzios. Great memories formed forever for our teenagers. One of them even said it was the best vacation ever. A magical vase on the hill of Buzios. Above Geriba beach, which is the one I recommend the most. There are other beaches that are more beautiful, but very crowded. Geriba, being so big, there are no people. The only disadvantage is having to walk 20 minutes to get to the beach, but it's the price you have to pay for having the view from the hill. The house is still highly recommended, and you can tell that the owners use it, because it is WELL equipped. It's not just equipped with a few things for airbnb. There's everything.

Wonderful stay, located on one of the main avenues of Arraial do Cabo. During my stay I was able to enjoy the ferrugem show next to the apartment, same street, everything very close, quick access to markets, restaurants. In front of the apartment is the company that rents out the buggies for sightseeing. About the apartment, everything was clean, impeccable, the apartment has a great view of the pool and beach, all the kitchen utensils, it had everything I needed and more. I didn't have to worry about anything, there's even a hairdryer in the bathrooms. I'm sure my family and I will be back, everyone loved it, you don't even want to leave. And Victor is very polite, kind, answered all questions, responds quickly, and is still always available and attentive to details. Congratulations

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

Very good house, next to the main beaches. Roberto always request to respond to our messages. The house also has an administrator, Samuel, very kind and diligent. Our trip was family, everyone liked the house. We will definitely go back and recommend it.

all excellent, the small but very comfortable. Very well equipped and with 2 air conditioners that work very well to cope with the heat.

The house is wonderful, well decorated and comfortable. It has a great structure to accommodate larger groups, with sufficient utensils and very nice furniture. In addition, communication with Thais flowed very well, always being kind and flexible. The receptivity and affection made all the difference, we had an excellent experience :) We look forward to returning soon!

The apartment itself is charming, with a decor that conveys that homely and cozy atmosphere. Very well-equipped with everything we need and more. Not to mention that you can put the hammock on the balcony and relax listening to the waves of the sea at night Excellent location, just one block from the beach, there is a small handicraft fair on the next street, a restaurant with wonderful food, supermarket nearby. Mr. Diel was very helpful, polite, quick to assist us and answer all our questions, and also gave us several useful tips and information... I also want to put on record the education of all the employees who work in the building, especially the doormen, a simplicity and charisma that is almost no longer seen.... I'll definitely come back....

Our stay at this residence was excellent! Elaine's kindness was very remarkable. Everything worked perfectly, we really enjoyed each of the amenities. The pool is great!!! We also enjoyed lighting a fire and cooking a great barbecue. The location is optimal, everything is just a few minutes away, whether it's restaurants, supermarkets, service stations, etc. The space in the park, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the bedding, the kitchen utensils, the barbecue, the sauna, the pool table, everything 10/10. Elaine was always very attentive, she gave us very special attention. We definitely want to come back again.

It met all my expectations, the apartment is super comfortable, spacious, well located, super quiet. Mr. Jorge always promptly answered our call, the caretaker was super helpful and polite, a quiet neighborhood. I loved the whole stay. For those looking for comfort and tranquility, it's a great place, I highly recommend it.

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. We had very pleasant days at the house: the view is breathtaking (probably one of the highest points in Búzios) and the facilities in general are very well maintained, the leisure area is super functional with a swimming pool, barbecue area and game room. We were able to stay comfortably: air-conditioning worked properly, the shower was good and hot, and we made good use of the kitchen and other areas of the house. The highlight of everything was the service provided by the hostess/homemaker Antônia: a lot of liveliness, education and helpfulness made a total difference in our stay. We didn't notice any major disadvantages in the house except that we rented during a holiday and the price was relatively high and slight signs of age on the inside of the house (something natural for a not-so-recent construction). It is worth noting that, although the house is super close to the beaches of Geribá and Ferradura (about 5-10 minutes by car), its location high up makes it less feasible to walk to the beaches. Great stay!

The house is beautiful. You need to rent a car to get there because it's a bit far from downtown. The truth is that Tati is the person who made our stay perfect! She made sure everything was fine from the beginning and cooked spectacular meals for us during our vacation! (Typical foods are their specialty!). His kindness and willingness make it perfect to be there! As a recommendation apart from the house; I think it's important to renew the bedding and especially the pillows (there were few and in poor condition). There is also a lack of bath and pool towels, which becomes uncomfortable on long stays. We had no communication with Wania either at check-in or at check-out; but it wasn't necessary because Tati and her husband took care of everything! Just thank Tati for making our vacation wonderful!

Sergio is a very friendly person, he was always attentive to us, and he waited for us with a gift, which is very much appreciated. The place is beautiful, just as it appears in the photos, I would even dare to say that it is better than in the photos, totally recommended.

Sintian provided very good service, the apartment is very comfortable and in good condition, I recommend it!
