A very spacious and bright place, nice furniture with a nice balcony and amazing view. The train station is 5 minutes walking distance and it goes directly to Amsterdam central station (10 mins metro ride). Parking available. Wi-Fi, 4k TV and Dishwasher. Ideal space to stay with sufficient comfort and privacy. The apartment is very clean, tidy and luxurious. It offers an extended living room, a nice kitchen, a pretty balcony, nearby a supermarket, train station. And easy access to the airport

Please note: I completely renovated the house recently. It has been split into two apartments. The apartment downstairs is for rent. It's situated in the beautiful countryside next to the River Holendrecht. Right in between the picturesque villages of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel and Abcoude. And less than 10km from Amsterdam. It has all you need for a wonderful stay: peace & quiet, beautiful views over the countryside, luxury and comfort. Just 10 minutes away from Amsterdam + free parking space!

Welkom bij ons romantische huisje in het pittoreske dorpje Ouderkerk. Het ligt slechts twintig minuten fietsen van Amsterdam (2 elektrische fietsen beschikbaar, uber is het 15 minuten) Deze gezellige retraite (80m2) biedt comfort in een rustige omgeving. Het huis biedt een ruime woonkamer, ingerichte keuken en een kingsize bed. Er zijn leuke restaurants op loopafstand, zowel culinaire als toegankelijke. Ontsnap de drukte van de stad, zoek het binnen 20 minuten op als je daar zin in hebt!

A really nice appartment At the city border of Amsterdam. Very spaceous and clean! Fully equiped with sunny balcony with sunscreens, washmachine/dryer, dishwasher/microwave etc Free Parking!!!!! WIFI Little shoppingcenter with supermarket/drugstore/NYpizza at 200 meter. City center = 10 min walk to the Metro that brings you in 6 min to the heart of the city!! Also RAI, Arena(ajax),Ziggodome is really close. Very simple connection to the airport! Towels/shampoo incl. 2 bedrooms

“Kruithuis aan de Amstel” ligt vlakbij Amsterdam, een sfeervol, authentiek pand. Zeer geschikt voor families en zakelijke reizigers. Gratis parkeren, op 15 minuten rijden vanaf vliegveld Schiphol. Conferentiecentrum RAI en de Ziggo Dome om de hoek. Het Kruithuis is gelegen in een historisch pand dat in 1918 werd gebouwd voor de opslag van munitie. Geniet van de natuur, de rust en de rivier de Amstel. Op slechts 15 min rijden/20 min fietsen van bruisend Amsterdam.

Private entrance through the shared garden. It is 25 minutes to Amsterdam center and 15 to Ajax Arena, Ziggo Dome, AFAS Live, & Schiphol Airport. A train station nearby allows access beyond Amsterdam. Free parking, wifi, cable, tea & coffee. Suite is deep cleaned & disinfected after every stay.

Located at the river Amstel, follow it hiking, cycling or by car and you end up in the historic centre of Amsterdam. Great for families and groups of friends.
