Je suis très content de mon choix de loger chez Zakaria. L’appartement est très propre, bien sécurisé et très bien situé. Très accessible, restaurants et autres points de ventes situés pas loin. Zakaria est vraiment bien: il a été très accueillant et disponible répondant par réflexe à mes messages. Il avait toujours de bonnes réponses/actions. Je vous recommande cet appartement et son gérant. À bientôt pour d’autres séjours.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was positively surprised that the host offered to pick me up from the Bus station since I was coming from Togo 🇹🇬. He was always ready to help and made sure that you felt comfortable. The apartment is spacious, something I really enjoyed. I decided to book again and prolonged my stay. The apartment is situated in Ouaga 2000, an area where people with affluence in Ouagadougou live - at least I was told and I confirmed. I recommend.

It felt truly good to be at Ade and Guillaume’s place. This cute bungalow with its huge swimming pool was our humble home away from home while we attended the FESPACO. It’s well situated and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Guillaume was away during our stay so we did not get to know him. His wife Ade, was a wonderful, kind and generous hostess. An amazing person who made our stay really special, she and Sadia the housekeeper who cooked some really tasty breakfast for us. Thank you again for making us feel truly at home.

The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and other cooking utensils. The wifi was good. They had a TV with a Netflix account so one evening I was able to enjoy that. If you like mangoes there are 4 mango trees. Every morning there were several mangoes ready to be picked. we felt secure at all times. The whole staff from Herman to the gardener to the house keeper were very friendly.

Mooi appartement met de nodige voorzieningen in een rustige buurt in Ouaga 2000 en op loopafstand van veel restaurants en allerlei leuke plekken. De host was vriendelijk en het personeel (bewaking; schoonmaak) deed haar werk goed. Wij komen hier zeker nog een keer terug.

J'ai beaucoup apprécié votre résidence et tous les investissements que vous y avez faits, notamment pour les décorations et le jardin. Votre quartier ( Azimmo) est, en outre, calme privatif et très agréable, comme un petit territoire à part, éloigné du "goudron" mais au cœur d'un quartier commerçant et animé de Ouaga. Solange et Bouba sont également bien utiles et témoignent de beaucoup de serviabilité et de gentillesse. Votre résidence est conforme au descriptif et à mes attentes pour mon déplacement à Ouaga qui unit des visées "professionnelles" et le souhait de mieux connaître les réalités burkinabé. Je reviendrai volontiers pour un prochain séjour. François

Balebyan was a great host. His place was spacious and clean with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms it's the perfect place to stay with your family. In all 4 bedrooms there was airconditioning available and one of them even had a bathroom en-suite. The living room area had a nice seating area and dinner table to receive guest. The wifi connection everywhere in the house was superfast and there was a nice balcony on the second floor. Everyday cleaning service was offered and even the possibility to have small groceries delivered or laundry service done. The entrance gate makes sure that you have all the privacy you could ask for. For anyone looking for a place to stay in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso I would definitely recommend Balebyan's place!
