Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cabin so there's no time to fit, eat what and when you want. The cabin is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, private toilet with shower and a comfy sofa bed. All bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. Lovely, well planned apartment of 25 square meters in detached house in the yard. It has all the amenities such as fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine as well as sleeping alcove with 1st Queen-Size double bed (160cm). Private patio where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. Free parking in the driveway By car: 15min to Gränbystaden 15min to central Uppsala 7 minutes to Storvreta, here is Ica Supermarket and commuter train station for smooth train commuting to Both Uppsala, Stockholm and Gävle

Simple overnight stay in scenic surroundings - close to the E4an

Are you heading north or south in the land and needs a place to stay overnight? Just 10 minutes away from the E4 you will find this peaceful place in nature, at our retreat center. In our large hall, we rent out two simple rooms with place for a total of five people. An outdoor toilet is located 10 meters from the rooms. Bathroom with shower is available during the summer, from mid-May to September. Kitchen is not available. If you wish breakfast or dinner we can arrange it. No smokers please. Most welcome to us!

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Ramhäll-an idyll in the countryside

Note that the longest time you can rent the apartment is 14 days. The accommodation is adapted to tourists and there is no washing machine. No laundry facilities nearby either. Newly renovated, fully equipped apartment, in an old house from 1873. 3,5 km to a little, nice beach. Good location for day trips to Stockholm, Uppsala, Gävle, the sea and ironworks villages. You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

Leas basement - Cozy Cottage in the countryside with fireplace

In the small village of Delbo, 1 mile north of Sala in Västmanland, lies this little gem. Leas basement is a small house of about 25 m2 with all year around standard. Works as self-catering for a longer period of time but even if you want to just stay the night. Leas basement is tastefully decorated with high ceilings, wood-burning stove, kitchen part, toilet and shower. There is a queen size bed (160 cm) and a daybed for two. There's also Wifi as well as a monitor with Chromecast.

Small cozy guest house near the lake.

Small cozy guest house on a lush plot. 400 m from the cottage is Lake Mälaren. Here you can swim by a jetty or small beach in the summer and skate in the winter. Close to beautiful nature reserve with barbecue areas and nice forest. The cabin has one room and bathroom. It has a small, but full kitchen with a dishwasher. There is a bed (140 cm) as well as a fold-up guest bed (70 cm). In the bathroom there is washing machine, shower and WC. Sheets and towels are included.

Herbre in natural farm environment

The cottage (‘härbre’ in Swedish) is one of several small outbuildings in a picturesque setting. The building is from the 19th century. The lower floor has been carefully renovated using traditional building preservation methods. There is a kitchenette with cold water, a fridge and a hob. The outdoor toilet is just a few steps away. The shower is in the main building. The forest is just around the corner with good opportunities for shorter or longer walks. Free parking.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
