House is very close to the beach (1 minute down the street) and 2 mins away from village centre. Surrounded and isolated with private garden with spacious terrace and eating area. Great location to old town. Probably about 5 to 10mins walk to it. dubrovnik is a place filled with steps, but this house is probably only about 10 to 15 steps or so from the road. Thus, it's a very good location. All amenities included except you gotta bring your own shampoo and body wash because they don't have those two. But I asked the customer service about it and they offered to sent it over for us on request. So, overall it's a good customer service there. Quite prompt in request to solve issues if you have any. Otherwise, it's good and will highly recommend.

Parfait! Appartement grand et lumineux, bien équipé pour la cuisine. Il est placé au bord d’une petite crique paisible à l’eau cristalline, juste magnifique. La vue est superbe de la terrasse. À proximité deux petits restaurants sympathique, l’appartement se situe à 15 min en voiture de la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. C’était un chouette séjour!

Such a lovely accommodation and in an ideal position with stunning views across the bay. The location is great for exploring both Dubrovnik and the coast, we also drove to Bosnia & Herzegovina for the day. Maro was very responsive and sent through some great guidance on the property.

Our stay was amazing overall, despite needing to upgrade our apartment due to its small size and lack of sunlight. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. The larger apartment at the new villa was fantastic—clean, tidy, and equipped with all the essentials. The yard was perfect for kids and offered a relaxing space. The surroundings and the beachside were stunning and serene. With markets just a 2-minute walk away and restaurants and bars nearby, we would definitely return to this place.

My and my 5 friends stayed here for a 4 day trip and had a wonderful experience! The house was absolutely beautiful, Pero was extremely accommodating and helpful and we all had plenty of space! The kitchens are well equipped, the pool and hot tub were a wonderful experience and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Dubrovnik!
