I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

Kyo-machiya is a traditional Kyoto architectural style. It is a consecutive style townhouse, a maisonette type terrace house. Whole house charter for you. Quiet place. It has two bedrooms with full bathroom, and a full kitchen. Smoking is allowed on the balcony of 2nd floor only. Capacity 5 adults. In addition, up to 2 infants who do not require a bed can stay free of charge. Accommodation tax is required. Check in time is 3 Ppm - 9 pm. Check out time is 10 am, free out system.

Machiya is the historic buildings of Kyoto You can rent entire my house without interference from any other people There are a lot of famous temples Within walking distance It’s very convenient location just walking to 5min from kinnkaku-ji-yu(hot springs),convenience store,Liquor store,sushi shop When you check in , I will pick you up at kyoto station. and show you my neighborhood

This house was built 120 years ago and stayed by a lot of people who have plan to go to Koya-san. The house is in front of the river and you can take a look. It will make relaxed. We can do tea ceremony, if you want. We have 2 toilet and 1 bath room with big bath tab made by a Japanese special wood, Hinoki. There is a 24h super market, Okuwa near the house.(5 min away by a car) And high rank Japanese beef restaurant(2 min by a car) You can enjoy Yakiniku.
