Vacation rentals with breakfast in Oropi

I would like to say that Rose & Wal were very welcoming, especially after a very long drive from Taranaki to Tauranga due to an unfortunate crash on the Awakino gorge. Everything was really cleaned and fresh. Next time i would like to bring my family and spend a good couple of days to enjoy the beautiful city more. Thanks again Rose and Wal.

Our group of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. it's very conveniently located close to the main area of town (10 min drive), but far enough away that it's very quiet with a beautiful backyard looking out at the lake. There are 2 very good bakeries and multiple resturants within a 5 min walk. We had a Kia Carnival rental van that we were able to easily park in the off street parking spot in front of the house. The house was very nicely stocked and had very comfortable beds. We loved all the modern touches and amenities. Danny & Aimee are fantastic hosts and are super responsive to questions. It poured rain the whole time we were there so we were not able to utilize the outdoor amenities. However we found peace in seeing the black swans swimming in the lake during the day. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much!

Graham and Sarndra were amazing hosts — super clear with communication and instructions. The guest house was just the right size for our group of six, with plenty to keep both the kids and adults entertained. They were really generous and even took us around their property to meet all their pet animals. The kids loved getting to pet and feed them! The place was spotless when we arrived and had the best shower water pressure. Thanks for an awesome stay — we’d love to come back again!

Don’t doubt booking this place for a second everyone, if you’re ever thinking of staying in Tauranga this is the place to be. Great pricing and everything exceeded my expectations. After reading reviews & seeing this for myself, I’ve never been so impressed and so comfortable in a Airbnb. Peter’s place gave a homely feeling and the aura was fantastic. I had a weekend get away with my mum & for one of the days my dad & sibling had also visited & were very impressed with the space. They felt right at home as well. Mum and I kept going on about how much we really loved everything about the area Peter & his partner have created. Lots of complimentary food/basics which made the experience of staying here even better. Every detail and everything in this place was beautifully done. On top of this, Peter’s communication skills were excellent, he was very responsive, friendly & helpful. He made this a wonderful time. Overall, I’m looking forward to my next stay here with friends & family 😁

We had a lovely stay at Wendy's place. It is beautifully furnished and spacious. Facilities are all great and the breakfast was an extra bonus. Great communication and flexibility.

Thank you Nathan for one of the best stays we have experienced in over 10 years of being in New Zealand. This location was super good and Nathan is an extremely responsive and kind host. We had to book and check in on the same day due to our previous accomodation being very dirty. Nathan’s great hospitality and willingness to make sure our stay at his property rescued what was otherwise a bleak weekend for us. Instead, we had the most fun weekend off in our many trips around New Zealand. While the location is a little further from Rotorua Central, everything else makes up for it. We had a clean and comfortable stay and all the extra amenities and hospitality really made us feel extremely cosy and comfortable. A big thank you to one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. Highly recommend this property!

And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Immense gratitude to them both, I wish them continued success in their hosting lives and thank them for the privilege of being able to stay in their home.

We had a great time staying at Mount Handy Dandy. Diane was very kind and welcoming, and we enjoyed our visit. The location was perfect to visit the Main Street and the mount and beach.

Kate’s place was perfect! It was cozy and we loved soaking in the amazing view! The place was also extremely clean and had little thoughtful touches that we really appreciated!

I highly recommend Jude's accommodation. It's very comfortable. Jude is a wonderful host, always attentive to her guests' needs. The bed is very comfortable, the bed and bath linens are of very good quality. The heater helps a lot on cold nights. The breakfast is adequate. It's a 7-minute drive from the city center. Don't hesitate to stay with Jude. If there were 10 stars rating I would give her 20.

This is a truly beautiful manor, full of the flavor of nature. The entire house is highly designed, on a par with a five - star hotel. The bathroom is spacious, the rooms are quiet, and there is excellent privacy. Hosts Lisa and Lana are extremely enthusiastic. They introduced all the details to us in detail, prepared a sumptuous breakfast for us, recommended some scenic spots when we were about to leave, and also helped us solve some minor problems. This is an excellent accommodation experience. I highly recommend it. And if you're not pressed for time, it's advisable to stay for a few more days.

Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

Linda’s place was the perfect quiet resting place while I was in town for a friend’s wedding. The cabin had plenty of space for me, was clean, and I had a peaceful afternoon getting work done while sitting out in the porch. Would 100% book again if I were back in town. Thanks Linda!

Amazing place. Very neat, tidy, and with heaps of amazing special touches.

We had a fabulous stay at Ginie's quirky converted boathouse. The boathouse is right on the shores of the Lake with a small beach at the bottom of the garden. The highlight for us was paddleboarding from the house (excellent easy access) on a mirror-like lake surrounded by bird life, followed by relaxing in the spa. The accommodation was delightfully quirky and clean and Ginie had left us some delicious baked goods in the fridge. We were surprised at all the wee details... So carefully thought out. The hosts were very unintrusive, we wouldn't have known they were there other than a quick goodbye when we left. Thank you, we would love to come back!

Marty & Lou's upstairs apartment is amazing! the furniture, the bed, the linen all incredibly comfortable. The space is so welcoming! so peaceful. An extreemly short walk to the lake's edge and so too the 10k walking trail that circles the lake. A short drive (2km maybe) to the blue lake (more trails, swimming, boating) and so maybe 3km to the worlds best mountain bike and running trails. While the breakfast room doesn't have cooking facilities that didn't worry us - Marty and Lou supplied breakfast and with less than a 9km drive to the nearest cafes and bars and maybe 12km to the CBD to find lunch or dinner we were set! We happily made basic meals thanks to simple cutlery and crockery, a small fridge, toaster and jug. We were able to store our mountain bikes and muddy running gear in the utility room. Marty, Lou and their cats were so friendly. We loved our stay and hope we can stay again.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the seperate guest entrance. The continental breakfast was more than sufficent with a nice selection of homemade spreads and freshly baked bread. We were going to a wedding and required an iron which Pauline happily supplied along with a mircowave to heat an evening meal. Lovely, big bathroom with great shower and the bed was super comfy. Loved the eHaus concept. We will be staying again when we go to the next family event in the area.
