Well-equipped and fresh cottage on a shared lake plot with a sea view. The cottage is divided into a living room with kitchen area and living room. Sleeping loft with 2 single beds. In the living room there is 1 sofa bed sleeping 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge which has freezer compartment, stove, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. Dining area for 4 people. In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate WC. Large terrace with lounge area and barbecue.

Vargskär is located on the eastern side of Gräsö and from here you will directly reach the archipelago and open sea for swimming, sunbathing or maybe a fishing trip. The property is lakefront located with beautiful views over the distance. The bathing jetty and boat are just over 300 metres away. The property consists of a main building of about 60 m2 with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room with fireplace and bathroom with toilet and shower. In addition, there are two more smaller cottages and in total there are 8 beds. Winter and can be used all year round.

In addition to swimming and fishing opportunities, you will find golf and padel only about 7 km away. Outside the cottage you will find table and chairs and a charcoal grill. Wood stove is available for extra heating and cozy factor. Large garden full of toys for the small children e.g. swings and trampoline. Båtsmanstorp in rural Roslagen. Close to animals and nature. Gently renovated cottage with a wood stove and a fireplace. Lush, secluded and large garden with many cultural varieties of plants. The nearest lake is Erken where there are several different swimming areas and scenic areas. At the square there is a wood-fired sauna. There are good bus communication to, for example, Stockholm or Grisslehamn for day trips. Norrtälje city is also a nice excursion destination as well.

Charming, newly built house in the countryside in a quiet area by Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km by foot/cycle path, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake views. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with a swimming area, about 100 meters away. On the property, there is a dog and during summertime there are sheep.

Patio with evening sun, kitchen with dishwasher, toilet and shower, sofa bed (130cm) and a low sleeping loft with mattresses (2x90 cm). Gräddö is a cozy village with a lot to discover, especially summer time as cafes, kayak rentals and small cozy shops are open.

Beach plot in Stenskär

Lovely plot with a great view of a very beautiful bay with its own beach! Watch the sun set over the lake, a wonderful spectacle and rocks right outside the door. During the summer months there is a jetty with a swimming ladder into the water as well as a small rowing boat that provides the opportunity for swimming and fishing in the bay.
