This unique home is located in the protected Mineral Water Factory in the middle of Carlsberg City and right next to beautiful parks and lovely coffee bars. The apartment is state of the art, but all the soulful touches have been preserved. You will arrive at the apartment via elevator to the 3rd floor and step out into a shared enclosed green courtyard. The apartment has a modern kitchen, bathroom and living room on the lower floor. On the open 1st floor you will find the bedroom where you can enjoy the light of the big windows.

Beautiful and bright apartment overlooking the canal

Nice and stylish 2-bedroom apartment, with double bed and babycrib, as well as 2X floor mattresses. The apartment has everything you need. Bright and spacious with a view of the canal. Sluseholmen is close to most things. In 15 minutes by bus or metro, you will be at City Hall Square/Tivoli. By car it is only 5 min to Bella Center and only 10 min to the airport. Both ferry bus and metro are available from the apartment into the city center. Sluseholmen is a cozy little town just outside the city.

The epitome of HYGGE! Luxurious laid back scandi vibes in the heart of the city. A stones throw from Tivoli & City Hall. Incredible two-story four-room apartment, with a large hall on the first floor and three bedrooms on the second and a bathroom on each floor. Large floor-to-ceiling windows make the apartment bright and sunny. New furniture and appliances, spacious rooms, friendly neighbors. Convenient location. Metro 30 meters. 10 min drive to the airport and city center. Large shopping center Fields 5 minutes. The best location for guests with children. There is a gazebo and a grill area on the roof.

The apartment is less than 8 years old will all amenities including a gas grill on the large balcony as well as a 65” tv with access to US cable TV and Danish streaming channels. The balcony has sun from noon until sunset. Parking is available for a fee with dedicated charger (11 kWh) for EV’s. The apartment is family friendly with a playground located next to the building.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space by the Copenhagen Canal. The home is close to the subway, the shopping center Fisketorvet, the harbor bus and within walking distance to the center of Copenhagen, about 30 minutes along the canal. Swimming in the canal is possible. In the bedroom, there is a double bed 180 cm wide and 1 sofa bed in the living room, where there is room for an extra bed.
