It is a 24-year-old building with a sofa for 4 people, a large living room with a 55-inch TV, 3 large rooms with 3 queen beds, a clean and spacious bathroom and dressing table, a dining table for 6 people, a microwave, a large rice cooker, a toaster, an electric pot, a high-quality tableware set, and an induction stove. In addition, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. The location is 30 seconds from Wolgot Station and 30 seconds from various bus stops. On the first basement floor, is in the management room, and there is a very generous free parking lot from the 2nd to 9th floors. 🏡 It is a cozy house on the first floor of a 2-minute walk from Exit 6 of Hongik University Station in the center of Hongdae, so it is easy to move large luggage without an elevator. It is convenient to take an emotional walk on Red Roads 1 minute away, and there are many restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores. This is Stay S101, remembered as a special experience of a Korean-style house, cozy bedding and a clean space. You can quickly and easily get to 🚈 Myeongdong, Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung Palace, DDP, Seongsu, and Gangnam Station. 🏠 Accommodation is for 2 people.
