L'appartamento è identico alle foto, è decisamente di grandi dimensioni, con un bagno enorme ed un comodo balcone che, personalmente, ho comunque sfruttato poco per via della stagione invernale...d'estate sicuramente diventa molto più utile. Il letto è decisamente comodo. Il check in è stato perfetto, ho avuto la possibilità di concordare un orario d'ingresso e mi attendevano già dentro casa. Ottima anche la connessione wifi. Esperienza sicuramente positiva.

Amazing stay!!! I highly recommend Lucas's place. Perfect location, walkable everywhere, gorgeous home, high ceilings (the place is bigger than in photos when it is usually the opposite!!!) And the patio is AMAZING! Spent so much time up there. Spent a full month and could truly have moved there. The only thing I would note is the stairs going up to the balcony dont have a railing (brutalist style which I really liked, never felt unsafe) so if you have little kids or have poor balance that may be a safety risk. Otherwise no issues!

El alojamiento de María es tal cual las fotos, El departamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una hermosa estadía. El edificio es súper tranquilo y los vecinos amables, está muy bien ubicado con locales cerca, la mejor heladería de Tigre a dos cuadras y puntos turísticos para ir a pie. María siempre estuvo en contacto con nosotros y atenta a nuestras necesidades, el check in y check out súper fácil de hacer. Sin dudas volveremos a hospedarnos con María ❤️

Nuestra estadía fue excelente! La cabaña es muy cómoda, el entorno tranquilo y rodeado de naturaleza, ideal para descansar. Lore y Edu fueron muy atentos desde el inicio: nos buscaron y llevaron en lancha, y siempre estuvieron disponibles con buena predisposición!! Se nota que la cabaña tiene mucho amor puesto. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan desconectar y relajarse!

I had an issue with my flight and tincho was absolutely helpful. I’ve been around the area where the place is, and I can tell you is absolutely amazingly located.

This place is the perfect spot to stay long term or short term. Luciano was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions I had. The place is lovely and clean. The view is crazy good- with a balcony! I stayed there for a week and didn’t want to leave. The pool so such a nice addition, since it’s been hot here. I went there everyday and got to know the other tenants. Everyone was polite and friendly. Location is key. So many coffee shops and restaurants— also a very easy pick up location for Ubers - and close to the public transport. I am a solo traveler and I felt safe and welcome living the good like in Palermo !

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Romslig og sjarmerende hus med behagelig beliggenhet i nærheten av buss og metro. Vi var to barnefamilier som nøt godt av mange soverom, to stuer og flere uteområder. Verten var behjelpelig til å svare på spørsmål før ankomst, og serviceminded til å ordne ting underveis i oppholdet. Før med kodelås fungerte veldig bra - deilig å slippe nøkler!

Cris foi extremamente prestativa e clara nas instruções a nos receber. A casa tem muitas escadas, são 3 andares e um banheiro e um mezanino suspensos. Tudo muito limpo, toalhas e roupa de camas para todos. Calefação e ar condicionados em dia. Localização excepcional, um dos melhores possíveis em Buenos Aires. São apenas dois banheiros com chuveiro, então se for em um grupo grande, precisa dividir bem, já que um dos banheiros é em um entre andares que liga ao rooftop. Recomendo demais, principalmente pela clareza da comunicação com a Cris, pela excelente localização, pelo conforto e comodidade.

This house was perfect for our family. Each one of our four kids had a bathroom designated for their family. The dining table is bigger than what it looks like in the photos. There are lots of stairs so you just need to be sure that you are able to go up and down. We had a great time. Perfect house for big groups!

Increíble lugar para compartir con amigos, tiene de todo. Desde una cocina con todos los utensilios que vas a necesitar, hasta juegos para que no te aburras nunca. Estuvimos por una noche e hicimos un asado mientras todo el grupo se la pasaba bien jugando ping pong y pool. El lugar es muy amplio. Adicionalmente se encuentra en una zona increible de Palermo Hollywood y tenes de todo cerca. Nos encanto y volveriamos!

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

Pasamos una noche con mi pareja. El departamento era tal cual la descripción. Todo se encontraba limpio y ordenado. La comunicación con Graciela fue rápida y ella fue flexible con los horarios de check in y check out. La cama muy cómoda, la ducha excelente. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto. No tuvimos ningún problema. Excelente costo beneficio.
