Waterfront vacation rentals in Odder

I booked this place for my 3 boys for Christmas. Irma was friendly and quick to respond, and it was easy to get the key from her boyfriend in the same building. The apartment was clean and tidy and everything worked as it should. It's probably best for two people - not three. But for me who wanted to be close to my family in the city, it was a perfect solution.

Nice apartment with absolutely stunning views!! Great for early check-in and parking - it releases time for more experiences. Welcoming and quick communication. We are happy to come again and definitely recommend a stay to other visitors.

This is my second time using this apartment for a stay in Vejle. The apartment is large, bright, clean and contains just what is needed. There are two balconies, so it's also possible to get out a little. One balcony overlooks sunrise as well as fjords and the other balcony overlooks the city and full afternoon sun. It was very windy during our stay, but luckily the "afternoon" balcony was on the reading side of the building, so we could easily sit out and enjoy the sun, even if we are only in the month of March. The apartment itself is in a super good location: It is about 2 minutes on foot to the nearest restaurant, 10 minutes on foot to Føtex and with a good 15 minute walk you end up on the pedestrian street. I highly recommend this apartment and will be happy to come again.

This host was very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. There was friendly and responsive communication. The apartment was easy to find and was spotlessly clean and close to the sailing centre which the reason for our visit. There was a nice bakery, a few restaurants and a supermarket close by. The walk into town was a reasonable walk but there is a bus stop close by, that takes you straight in. The apartment itself is very cosy and perfect for 2 people. We could easily cook meals and wash clothes. It had everything we needed and we felt very safe and secure. The balconies were lovely and the view is really nice. The neighborhood is very modern and the architecture is fabulous. We had a great 2 week stay here! Thank you!

Beautiful apartment, plenty of space for myself and family. Beautiful views over the lake, close to shops. Well equipped. Would love to return, when we next visit our family in Skanderborg. Highly recommended

We were in the apartment with our five year old son. We were all three completely happy. The apartment, the view and the location were perfect for us. We slept great and the amenities gave everything you could want. We will be happy to come back.

Wonderful hosts and couldn’t have done any more for us, from start to finish Niel and Thora were so accommodating. Bikes to use to get around, everything you could need in the accommodation and even some beer in the fridge! Great stay and couldn’t recommend any more. Bought some lovely little bird ornaments from Thora’s lopper too and they were even kind enough to give us a lift to and from the train station ☺️ 10/10. It was a pleasure to meet you both.

Thanks Gerda & Tommy! If you are looking for peace, a great view, a beach nearby and a beautiful apartment, this is the place to be. Absolutely recommended. Tommy is absolutely accommodating and flexible, so we were able to spontaneously extend our stay. The late check-out is also really exceptional. The kitchen equipment is ingenious and the cleanliness of the whole apartment is exceptional. This is a great place to relax! Thanks and see you soon!

We had a wonderful time at Thomas' house! Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures! The house is very clean and well-maintained. A wonderful oasis of peace with a fantastic view of the sea, which is wonderfully relaxing even in bad weather. The walkers who walk past the house do not disturb, but there were not so many. You urgently need a car as it is a bit remote. Absolutely recommended for anyone who likes peace! Even our teenagers felt comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility! Internet is also available. It is wonderful to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening and the sunset on the large terrace! Thank you, we'll be happy to come back!

The house was very well equipped and well functioning, very clean upon arrival, good location - all in all a lovely stay!

Pia was an extremely nice and warm host (who offered us the day of departure, but just to stay for the rest of the day). The days with her were super relaxed and cozy, so right on the beach. It's already special to enjoy the view over the bay from the dining table in any weather... For us - with three adults and children - there was definitely enough space in Pia's Sommerhus... even to retreat in Anneks and do the few work handles that were still necessary despite the vacation. (It certainly makes sense to think about in advance, if you are staying in the passage room to the toilet, so to speak, and who does it in a way out of the way in Anneks, but who looks much less out of the way than expected due to the complex of the property.) We will be happy to come back... and now also know how to move the sliding door between the living room and the bedroom without waking everyone up again. 😉

This is a beautiful home. Better than the pictures. We loved the private enjoyment of the beach, and cozying up by the fire when it was chilly. It is a great home!

We had a wonderful family stay! The house is beautifully decorated in a modern style and very comfortable for everyone. The view of the beach is stunning—we were lucky to catch the sunrise! The kids loved the board games and had lots of fun. The host was very responsible and helpful throughout our stay. We were all very satisfied and would definitely love to come back. 🥰🥰

The vacation home exactly matches the pictures. It is a short walk to the beach and the cottage was very clean upon our arrival. The kitchen had everything your heart desires - even large bowls for salads for grilling! Value was right.

Nice place and comfortable apartment.

We will be back! Upon entering the apartment, we felt at home. The window front facing the sea is just wow, the furnishings comfortable, the apartment not overloaded, but also not cold. The TVs TVs not even on - but there are two. The kitchen is well equipped and the bathroom is functional. The beds are very comfortable and the reserved parking space and the elevator are great. The terrace is great and has numerous seating areas - For us it was still too cold for a swim in the sea - but with morning coffee and an evening glass of wine on the terrace we could watch some people taking a "cold" bath. You can see a lot - the terrace borders directly on the promenade: walkers, cyclists, joggers, many dogs - we enjoyed the hustle and bustle very much. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, the market hall, a grocery store, cafes and in 20 minutes you are walking in the middle of Aarhus City Center. In short: We will be back!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this place! The apartment was very clean, cozy and exactly as described. In particular, the view of the fjord was breathtaking and made our stay unforgettable. The location was also perfect – quiet yet easily accessible. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and made check-in very easy. We felt immediately welcome and would come back any time. Fantastic nice apartment. Exactly like the pictures. Beautiful location with ocean views on pretty much all sides. We saw both sunrise and descent over Aarhus Island. Great apartment for a family of 4 like us. Shopping, restaurants, and cool vibes at Bassin 7 just below the front door. If you are not by car, bus 3a runs every 10 minutes to the city center. What's not to like?
