The view from this home is absolutely breathtaking. In the evening you get a spectacular view of the city lights below. The early morning blesses you with a stellar sunrise. The property is located on the side of the mountain and it is quite steep. There are lots of great restaurants around and you will need a vehicle to get around. It's easy to get ubers on the weekends. The weekdays not so much. We rented from Multi Auto which was a quick and easy process. The home is cozy and welcoming to include a beautiful couple who takes great care of the grounds, which is a spectacular two-acre garden, with their gorgeous son and beautiful black lab who is quite friendly. If you're staying on the beach beforehand, the cool air at Boquoron will be welcoming. This is a beautiful home and you won't be disappointed.

El Apartamento está ubicado en el último piso del edificio por lo cual la vista es increíble, Christian estuvo pendiente todo el tiempo, recomendado.

Vengo enamorado de esa cabaña, la vista es muy bonita , los jardines , el lugar muy fresco y callado. La atención muy buena. Recomiendo mucho este lugar y no dudaré en volver.

Tuvimos una excelente experiencia durante nuestra estancia de cuatro días en Avitat Fit. Fuimos en plan familiar y encontramos un lugar ideal para el descanso. La zona es muy tranquila y de fácil acceso, con la ventaja de estar cerca de restaurantes, supermercados, farmacias y otros servicios, sin perder la serenidad de un entorno residencial. El apartamento es nuevo, con mobiliario en excelente estado, y las áreas comunes se mantienen impecablemente limpias. Un punto destacado fue la amabilidad y disposición de los anfitriones, siempre atentos y dispuestos a responder cualquier consulta. Sin duda, recomendaríamos este lugar y volveríamos encantados.

Maredith was responsive right away despite us making a last minute reservation. Her and her husband were very friendly and very informative about the home and the neighborhood. The home is well taken care of and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and very peaceful. It’s a gated community therefore it is very safe. The property is located in the city so there’s a lot to do and plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely recommend!
