Excellent 2 Bedrooms in Novo Hamburgo

Ninth floor in a high point of NH this apartment has panoramic view of the city for 3 facades and real cross ventilation. This creates a microclimate different from the high temp. of the other neighborhoods that lie in the valley. The dormitory and living room have hot-cold air-conditioning. Parties are not allowed in the apartment and the quiet time is from 9 pm to 9 am. There's no 24-hour concierge, but we do have security cameras. If the visitor appears entering the cameras and leaving the other day will be charged an overnight.
