Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Northern Thailand

This stay is amazing! It is exactly what we are looking for, private, peaceful, nice scenery, and amazing amenities! We arrived a little later than expected as we didn't expect the drive it would take. The stay was ready for us when we arrived. The place is pretty private with neighbours about 100m away from us. We really love the place as it has all the things we needed for our stay. If you are looking for a private place for your fam or love ones, peaceful, private and great ammenities! Look no further!

A gem! As an architect I loved the design of the house. You can see the creative energy the owners put into this project. I highly recommend it. Second floor offers full privacy. First floor is a bit more open towards the street, but I liked it as you get to feel the vibe of the neighborhood. Perfect for 2-4 people.

Highlight of our time in North Thailand! Our stay here in Pai was magical & Pimanchaya’s property was the highlight for us. We felt right at home in this beautiful place, our kids included. The gardens, outdoor bath & hot springs were much appreciated & the peace felt here is just what we needed after long term traveling. The inclusions for kids are amazing & there is always something for them to do/play with - they had the best time. We wanted to spend as much time enjoying the house as we did the area of Pai. We would recommend this property to all family & friends & and we will definitely be back again as a family who now have very fond memories of this place. Sad to say goodbye! I would never regret staying at Pia's place during my vacation! Pia is such a caring host, always responding promptly. What I liked the most about the place was that the place is spacious and has seperated rooms. The interior is unique and cool, same as the posted pictures. I was a bit worried that there might be lots of mosquitoes / bugs at first. But the repellants are prepared, so no need to worry in my opinion. The house is also conveniently located, takes 5-10 minutes to walk to the Tha Phae Gate. (( also a very nice book cafe near the house )) I enjoyed my trip so much thanks to a great host and her lovely place! I highly recommend this place for a family trip.

A Dream Getaway! This place was truly a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The peaceful surroundings, spacious layout, and the lovely creek by the house created the perfect retreat atmosphere. The large living room and cozy study room really added a premium touch, providing space for everyone to unwind or get some quiet time The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, answering all our questions promptly. The big kitchen was perfect for our family stay, and the on-site help was a definite bonus. It was the best family vacation we’ve had in years—relaxing, recharging, and full of great memories. We’d absolutely love to come back!

This home is FANTASTIC my partner and I had such a luxurious stay and the amazing chance to stay with a cat!! It is so clean and spacious with loads to do around.

The small villa is a very old house, and it is very cozy after the host has carefully renovated it. After staying for three days, the host and staff are very friendly, the communication is smooth, and the service is very timely and thoughtful.

The property is great one and worth the money but what made our experience much better was the host. She was a very friendly, helpful, and cared person. She even went beyond her duty and picked us up from the airport just to get to her property faster. Thanks Jaifah for the great hospitality and I recommend this place to anyone coming to Chiang Mai.

Great place especially for the price, really nice spot to end our travels

Our whole family really like and enjoy the experience staying at Jane’s place. The villa is beautiful, clean and organized. Different than those modernized villas, the place has a mix of Thai, Chinese and Western styles, contributing to the overall uniqueness. Good fit for big family with both elders and children. Service is another highlight, Jane could always accommodate our demands and easy to reach. And breakfast is good too!

We had a wonderful time staying at Baan Sawan. Everything was perfect from the hot tub to the kitchen, the super comfortable and clean beds to the swimming pool. Getting a Grab taxi into town was simplicity. Mrs Tik made recommendations, organised massages and was incredibly warm and friendly.

No words can describe how beautiful this accommodation was. We absolutely loved our time at Nana Field and wish we could have stayed longer! Me and my partner spent 2 nights in the cabin and enjoyed everything about it. The bath was lovely and great when the sun hits it. All the furniture is very comfortable and could spend all day lazing around. As well as this, the host was super reliable and helped us out with so much! Even letting us borrow her motorbike while we stayed. We can’t wait to come back again!

Beautiful location, high quality rooms and idyllic climate high up in the hills. Only issue is getting transport to other places because of how remote it is.

One of the nicest stays we have been to this holiday. It's a bit expensive but you really get 100% value for money because the space is beautiful! Very large and incredibly friendly staff. The associated restaurant is incredibly beautiful and the view is unprecedented

She kindly took me to the lantern festival, a moment that became the pinnacle of my Thai adventure. Her hospitality was unmatched, offering me fresh produce from her garden to enjoy in delicious salads. The serene environment was perfect for rejuvenation and connecting with nature. Great place for a cozy time with S/O or families

A perfect stay beyond expectations! The house I stayed in really made me feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, very cozy and every detail shows the host's care. From the comfortable bedding to the fully equipped kitchen facilities, even the small items are very thoughtfully prepared, completely exceeding expectations! The host communicates in a super timely and friendly manner, patiently answering questions from booking to check-out. I will definitely choose this place again if I come to Chiang Mai again!
