House vacation rentals in North Tamworth

Our family of 8 had the most awesome experience at this beautiful home. Danielle was the perfect host. So helpful, generous and sacrificial. They left the home earlier than planned in order for us to check in and settle down quicker. The pool was sheer bliss. The downstairs retreat was spectacular. I dubbed it my man-cave, but my children soon claimed it as theirs. Extremely comfortable abode and in such a convenient location. The fans and air-conditioning worked a treat. Danielle and her family made us feel home away from home. Thanks so much for all the little extras and for reassuring us not to stress over the inflatable recliner. We'd definitely like to return.

Me and my friends came for the Country Music Festival and where we stayed was perfect for when we wanted to chill after a crazy day of music and walking by relaxing the the loungeroom or sitting by the pool. The kitchen had all the tools we needed as we cooked our own lunches and dinners. Thank you for an amazing stay ❤️ we are already planning on coming back again

We had the prefect weekend away with family and friends. Amazing space for kids to run around outside to burn off energy whilst enjoying the space either at the outdoor fire-pit or the outdoor BBQ area.

Cannot recommend this home enough. Thoroughly loved our stay. Thoughtful and flexible host. Stunning home. Such a beautifully renovated and appointed house. Our hosts were really easy to communicate with. Attentive to the smallest detail. Jess's home is a stunning country home in the heart of Tamworth. Our stay was for a mother's weekend and it was so nice and peaceful, warm and the beds were heaven. The location was perfect, a short walk and you were in the heart of Tamworth. Jess also went above and beyond with essentials and snacks meaning we didn't have to venture to Woolies or Coles at all on our organised mother's weekend. Every mother's dream and needed break from the grocery store! Thank you so much Jess. Hope we are back in Tamworth to stay again sometime.

This home was just what we needed each night after a full day of busking at the festival. It was lovely to have access to 3 full bathrooms, lockable double garage, aircon and the bonus of a pool for a late night cool down. (We don't have that at home). Location is 7min drive to downtown Neighbourhood felt safe. Coles just down the street as well as a Maccas. Would we stay here again?? Definitely!! As a First time user to stay in someone else's home we were very happy.

We had a nice stay at James' & Steph's house. Everything was very clean, welcoming and well looked after. Check-in was super easy and communication super friendly and easy as well.

Fantastic stay! The house was spotless, super cosy, and just felt like a home away from home. The beds, pillows, and towels were all great quality, so comfy! The hosts were amazing, they went above and beyond, even taking us on a buggy ride around their farm at no extra cost. Our kids were over the moon feeding the sheep and getting up close with the cows. At night, sitting by the fireplace or looking up at the stars in the clear mountain sky was just relaxing and magical. We also loved exploring the area, there are beautiful waterfalls along the way, and both Armidale and Uralla are close by, with access to shopping, great coffee and some really interesting historic spots. Just a heads-up, the road leading to the property isn’t paved, but honestly, it was totally worth it. The peace, the views, and the overall experience more than made up for it. All in all, it was great value and one of the most memorable stays we’ve had. Highly recommend!

Natalie is very nice host and good at quick communications. The property is spacious with billiards table in the game room. The property is walking distance to the dam, and 25km away from the scenic sorghum crops farms. Highly recommended for friends family relaxing on weekends.

A great place to stay when you want to stay somewhere out of Tamworth. The house had everything we needed. Hopefully we will be back when we have a bit more time to explore the local area. Warren is as a great host. Thank you for having us.

Probably the cleanest place I’ve stayed in for a long time. The beds were super comfortable and our group of seven had everything we needed for a great long weekend.

This is a beautiful, modern and spacious house. We were 4 adults and 4 children and the house was more than big enough for us. It's in a quiet suburban street about 5-10 minutes drive from the centre of Tamworth. It backs onto a golf course and has very nice views. The house seems very newly built and has everything you could want with a very well stocked kitchen, a large TV, laundry, board games and books. The 4 bedrooms are large including one ensuite with a huge walk-in wardrobe and the beds were comfortable. Communication with Karen was easy. Would recommend for large families.

Good place to share with others. 15 min from paragliding and walking distance to town centre where you’ll find IGA, Royal Hotel, etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again there.
