Vacation rentals with a patio in North Sumatra

The room was very very nice and clean! Also bathroom and terrace. Charlotte gave fast and clear instructions. It was my fault to think that the location on the map looked out of the city. But it actually wasn't. Still some traffic. But the room and service was so nice, I didn't mind the rest anymore.

The location of the Apartment is near elevator access and parking. The host owner is very responsive and friendly. Go down the lobby directly access to the delipark mall. The pool is clean and wide, the hot day can also swim , the pool is cool. the bathroom is clean, the room is also clean and the kitchen equipment is also complete. very recommended. thanks.

Comfortable and functional apartment with the necessary amenities. We were able to arrive after midnight thanks to the key in the mailbox of the residence and the host was very responsive to our requests even late at night.

the owner is proactive, the room is all clean, the check-in process is easy.

It was just the absolute perfect place to stay in Nias. Stunning views, well thought out apartment, a luxury here for sure. I cannot wait to come back and stay here again! Stephen was extremely kind, helpful and communicative as well! It was a dream apartment with direct views of the point and I loved every second being here. Such a cozy, calm and very clean apartment perfect for us a middle aged couple. Very secure place in the center of the city. A big mall is next door and had access through the lobby. Every one in the building were helpful. Cynthia was very nice and friendly. Promptly responded to all our questions.kitchen was well equipped with condiments, sugar, tea, oil etc.. very nice touch. Check in and out were smooth, no issues. We would definitely recommend this cute apartment when you visit Medan, Indonesia.

Location is central & have direct access to the mall. The unit is clean and bright. There’re gym, swimming pools & jogging track on 1st fl. The host is very responsive & helpful. I’ve given some inputs to the host to make the unit even better, eg add microwave, bath towels, toilet paper, small cooking pot for cooking instant noodles. Other than those, the unit is a great place to stay during trip in Medan.
