Smoking friendly vacation rentals in North Holland

Marga's place is in a peaceful neighborhood from where Amsterdam city center is very easy to reach by bus or tram! Very nice garden and beautifully furnished living room. She gave us good tips for shopping and dining. Hope to visit Amsterdam again and stay Marga's apartment.

Die Unterkunft war so schön eingerichtet! Sehr großzügig für 2 Personen. Sehe grosses Bad mit separater Dusche und WC. Tolle Küche. Zu unserer Überraschung eine große Terrasse mit riesigem Tisch, sehr gemütlich! Frühstück haben wir vor Ort dazu gebucht und konnten dieses schön auf der Terrasse genießen! Und für 15 Euro war es wirklich lecker! Die Umgebung ist ländlich, wir haben von dort aus Amsterdam und Utrecht besucht, alles schnell von dort zu erreichen und schöne Städte. Karin und ihr Mann sind wirklich herzliche Menschen, bei denen man sich direkt verstanden und Zuhause fühlt😍Immer hilfsbereit, einfach sehr sympathisch❤ Wir waren sehr gerne Gäste bei Ihnen und können die Unterkunft wirklich weiterempfehlen👍😊❤

The place was surprisingly amazing, the house was clean and had everything needed for a fine holiday. I highly suggest people to stay there. There are 2 couples bedroom and a huge bedroom with 7-8 beds. A huge dining room, kitchen was nice. A big balcony with sofas and tables. You can have a fine dinner just outside as there are many restaurants. We got 15% discount on one meal which was a great deal. You can find any means of transportation with in 15 minutes walk. All kinds of shops are avaliable in the area. Amsterdam central is not so far away. Everything was good. Highly recommended. 🤩🤩

Leandro is a great host and the location is perfect. Neighborhood has everything you need close by. Apartment is in a traditional old building, what makes the stay even more authentic. Enough space and super cozy. The toilet space is very limited but thats nothing to complain about. Very tall people show be warned at least. 20min walk to the center. I can definitely recommend this place.

For our week in Amsterdam (first time visiting) Robbert’s place was in the perfect location to get to/from our trains as well as their public transit, many many restaurants and bars plus walkable to all the sights. We felt right at home and on low key evenings could run to the grocery across the square and cook a meal at the flat. Would recommend and stay again!

Janakke is a really kind and awesome host. We enjoyed our stay totally. She helped us with many suggestions of near by attractions and even transfer of our luggage to the station. The property is in zandvoort aan zee which is a beach town. It’s around 30 mins train from Amsterdam central. Property is exceptionally clean. There are basic dishes needed for cooking. We highly recommend this stay.

We had a great time at Lisa’s. It was convenient to what we wanted to do and she left recommendations that helped us explore more. Flexible check-in was great after a long flight. We also liked having Sem as an added bonus.

Winnie’s communication was impeccable, she couldn’t have been more welcoming. I went for a surprise birthday trip for my boyfriend, and Winnie could not have done more, the decorations the complimentary Prosecco and she even sorted out a personalised cake for him! The location is great just a short 15 min walk into the centre, or 10 mins by tram. Two supermarkets right around the corner and a lovely cafe serving breakfast lunch and dinner. An information form was left for us about the area and recommendations which we certainly looked at- you must visit the local Windmill brewery!! The place was clean and so cosy, big TV with Netflix and a lovely balcony to take in the evenings atmosphere! The kitchen also has everything you would need and spotlessly displayed. Cannot recommend staying at Winnie’s place enough, we fell in love with Amsterdam after only 1 week. Safe to say we will be back soon and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else apart from Winnie’s🥰

Vlotte communicatie met eigenaar. Huisje ligt in een prachtige omgeving en het is zeer gezellig om buiten de buiten te vertoeven. Accommodatie voldoet aan alle noden van een groep.

Always responsive, nice and clean, good location with good train links to Amsterdam. Would recommend.

It was a super lovely place to stay. I wish it was a little closer to the city center but I really loved the drive from the metro station, the fields were very beautiful and peaceful. It was really quiet out there and there Airbnb was gorgeous.

Taco war sehr kommunikativ und das Haus ist super, wenn man mit mehreren Personen dort übernachten möchte. Man kann schnell in die Stadt nach Amsterdam gelangen und in der Nähe gibt es genügend Bäcker und Supermärkte. Wir kommen wieder !!!

Wir waren als Mädelsgruppe im Haus von Leon. Es war wirklich super schön, alles was man braucht und noch viel mehr! Und hat es sehr gefallen. Das Haus war sauber und es geht wirklich schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder dem Auto nach Amsterdam zu fahren. Wir kommen wieder!

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, schnelle und unkomplizierte Verbindungen nach Amsterdam Mitte, bequeme Betten, zum Selbstversorgung war alles vorhanden , der Massagesessel war top. Unterkunft zum weiterempfehlen.

Ahmed war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, überaus hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. In seinem Haus kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Man hat alles was man braucht und findet es schnell. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll mit viel Liebe für kleine Details. Wir kommen gerne wieder zu Ahmed.

Logement assez petit. 14 voyageurs sont possibles mais c'est vraiment aller chercher jusqu'à la dernière place disponible. Serviette assez vieille ainsi papier toilettes en très petite quantité. Dommage de n'avoir qu'une seule double pour 14 personnes. Il faudrait l'indiquer dans l'annonce et réduire le nombre de personne possibles dans le logement. 2 places dans un abri de jardin qui n'était pas indiqué

Really stunning top floor apartment in a quiet but bustling area. Close to Vondelpark and an easy walk or tram to the centre. The apartment was very tastefully decorated and the rooftop terrace was stunning. Staying in this area, a little out of the centre is highly recommended. Great host, very helpful. We will return one day.

Yme foi um dos melhores anfitriões que tivemos durante nossa viagem na Europa, super prestativo e o seu gatinho Tony é muito fofo. Com toda certeza é um lugar que eu indicaria para outras pessoas se hospedarem.

Wir haben für 5 Tage bei Tijn gewohnt. Die Kommunikation hat gut funktioniert. Tijn war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns auch ein paar tolle Restaurants empfohlen. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön und der Balkon ist ein wahres highlight. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen.

Firstly, we need to say a big thank you to Stephan! He was a great host and was very responsive/easy to reach when organising our stay. We were there for Kings Day/Weekend and everything was in easier reach for us to visit our friends who live in Amsterdam. Great location, supermarkets nearby if you need and easy access to the city. The living area was perfect to relax with a coffee in the morning before heading out for the day! Thank you again Stephan :)

Roger’s place and hospitality made the trip to Amsterdam more enjoyable. The location is superb in a quiet area. Clean, spacious & well equipped. Roger was responsive and helpful. Definitely will consider coming back!

Super logement propre et accueillant ! La terrasse est géniale et très spacieuse. Point bonus les draps sentaient très bon la lessive. Je recommande à 100% :)

Perfect location for museum lovers, and a really well equipped, comfortable and stylish apartment. Lots of room for two people, and it felt airy and peaceful. Easy to get to - just a few mins from a stop for Tram 12 from Centraal station. We arrived on a late Eurostar but it couldn’t have been easier to find the apartment and get in to make ourselves at home thanks to really clear and helpful instructions from our host.

Jag, tillsammans med min mamma och storebror spenderade fyra dagar i Amsterdam och denna lägenhet var perfekt för oss tre. Lägenheten var snyggt inredd vilket gjorde att vi trivdes extra bra. Köket var fullt utrustat. Det passade oss som åt frukost varje morgon i lägenheten. Vi kunde enkelt diska det vi använt då det fanns en diskmaskin. Ett stort plus att det fanns en butik bredvid där vi kunde handla mat. Majoriteten av dagarna gick vi till centrum. Det var omkring 40 minuters promenad. Incheckningen var smidig och så fort vi hade någon fundering kunde vi höra av oss till värden. Vi fick snabbt svar. Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse i lägenheten!
