Vacation rentals with lake access in North Frisian Islands

My wife and I had a wonderful week in Denmark. The vacation home was quietly located in the vacation home settlement with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and we could have a fantastic breakfast and dinner on the terrace. On a cool day, we also tried the beautiful fireplace, which then brought the house to a comfortable temperature. Also unforgettable was jogging right on the beach, which was only a few minutes' walk away, as well as the wide forest path right behind the settlement. Communication with Hendrik was very good. Unfortunately, due to an error in the booking by us, the basic equipment was not available and he still helped us within an hour. We would like to visit this beautiful place again. Thank you for the time.

Wiebke and the homeowners were totally nice and immediately helpful when there were problems with the sauna. We were able to communicate super well & open and solve the problem quickly. Was a very contingency encore. The location is also really nice and quiet, located between two places. Although directly on the road, but since the asphalt is tiptop, you can hardly hear the cars in the house. My highlights were the sauna, the view & the fireplace. The house itself is totally cozy and super suitable for relaxing. You could also watch some animals and it was about 20 minutes by car to the North Sea. A small neighboring lake also invited you to swim. Around New Year's Eve, it was more popping than expected, especially the non-legal things could often be heard. Otherwise, the banging in the villages on the 12/31+-1 day was limited, which in my opinion is not handled so well everywhere. And you should be windproof! So everything is great, I am very satisfied.

The house on the Tede Warft is absolutely perfectly located away from everything on the dyke, here you are alone with rabbits and birds and can enjoy the complete peace and relaxation. The apartment is very comfortable and attractively equipped and both the apartment and the entire grounds are well maintained. Absolute recommendation for anyone who wants to be alone in nature.

They were warmly welcomed on the first day and received a personal briefing. The house has a pleasantly quiet location and a beautiful view of the sea, which can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. Thanks for a great stay!

Finn and Bente were good hosts, and had written a warm welcome to us! We chose the house because of its location and the good space. Everything worked and clear signage helped us get there when Google wanted to send us in the opposite direction. The good space did everything for us, good parking options, and quick answers from Finn were important. Super place!

We had a very relaxing stay! The property is very well maintained and ideal for families. Our eight-year-old daughter was thrilled – horseback riding in particular was a real highlight for her. Carola and Martin are warm and very accommodating hosts, open and attentive in every way. We were particularly pleased with the refrigerator pre-filled with drinks and food – an unexpected and very generous gesture. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Solo traveler, 60+, May/June 2025, 5 days, no car. Perfect for the first half of the Gendarmen Trail, with local buses or rental bikes (in Grasten ;). Netto supermarket directly in the picturesque village. The apartment really had EVERYTHING you could need. Very modern, artistic, cozy, Danish. Lajla was always available for questions and exchange by email (or mobile phone), but everything was so well explained and directed on site with instructions that I could simply get into the holiday pleasure. Would come again:)

It was nice to stay at Mette's again in Arrild. Everything is there and quickly you are in the hustle and bustle of Römö or for shopping in Toftlund. We will be back.

We were very happy with our stay as a group. Thomas was very accommodating and helpful. It's true that the car is rather old-fashioned, but we didn't lack anything. The communication also worked great. After registering at the reception of the campsite, you will also get a small map where the caravan site is shown.

Most beautiful and cozy list gem, everything was perfect, the apartment was so nicely decorated, I immediately felt at home right away. The nature in Hejlsminde which is right outside the door is a must to experience. Anni gets the warmest recommendations and I will definitely be back.

Unfortunately, we were only there one night, but it was great, generous for 2 people, very clean and everything was there for a carefree stay. Easy check-in and delicious coffee to welcome - great! We will be happy to come back!

Very nice and big apartment with everything needed. Huge living room, small sleeping room with comfy bed. Great view of fields and sea from terrace. Quiet surroundings. 5min to Aabenraa by car. Easy self check-in.

We really highly recommend the space! The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished and has everything you need. A beautiful accommodation with lots of peace and beautiful surroundings to switch off and relax. The check-in and check-out are very well organized and worked smoothly. In general, you will receive a response very quickly and all information is sent when booking. A great place we'd definitely book again!

It was very nice. The apartment is located directly on the water. Quiet, with the dogs perfect place! Nice as in the picture. Or nicer !!! The appliances worked flawlessly. Only what was small was straightforward. Ex: Light on and off. Otherwise all great We had such a lovely holiday:)

We stayed for a long weekend at Boike and Sinah's place. Everything is as described and even more beautiful! The place is well equipped and it lacks nothing. You feel right at home, everything is clean and cozy. The area is beautiful and the few people you meet there are all super nice! Just like Boike & Sinah. The communication with the two went great and they gave us great tips and renting the canoe was also great. We will be happy to come back! 🐑

There were two of us in Hanne & Kurt's accommodation and felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Everything you need for a few quiet days is available. However, a point of criticism would be that the beds were not comfortable; but that may also be subjective. Overall it left a very good impression on us and we had a lovely time!

It was a wonderful vacation again. I felt totally comfortable in the cottage. I was able to cook outside in the outdoor kitchen. I was very excited to do almost everything outside. In Jørgen's garden, I was able to totally relax and connect with nature. Jørgen makes sure his guests feel comfortable and we had wonderful conversations too. By bike or car you can make beautiful excursions in the area. The Jagdhytte is very centrally located, so you can also quickly reach, e.g. Ribe, the Wadden Sea or Kolding. I will definitely return! It was very nice at Martina's. Pure nature. A wonderful environment. A private playground right in front of the vacation home. It is lovingly furnished. We lacked nothing and we had great days at Martina's. Highly recommended.

Very nice stay right on the border between Denmark and Germany within walking distance via nature trail to Nolde Museum in Seebüll. Quiet house, nicely decorated and perfect for two adults and two children. Hostess Heike was extremely welcoming. We could easily come back.

The silence of this place has been very comfortable for us, the wide view, the formations of the migratory birds, the star-drenched evening sky. In the wooden house you can live well, cozy, with everything you and woman need. The contact with Heike Thamsen was easy and very pleasant, we did not get to know Rasmus. Excursions to the Halligen, Amrum and Föhr are possible at any time, as well as on the mainland beautiful opportunities to make excursions and be in the mudflats.
