A real home away from home, containing everything you need for a comfortable holiday. A cosy little private backyard garden. Away from the city center but close enough to be reached on foot, in a cosy neighborhood. The steep Dutch style staircase to the bedroom might be an obstacle for people with movability problems and smaller children, and those not familiar with this architectural concept. We will be very happy to return!

We had a great stay in Eindhoven. Our contact was Manuela, she responded very quickly to messages and upon arrival she was neatly waiting for us to show the house. The house itself is great. Good location, spacious and sparkling clean. There is also a spacious garden (especially for city terms). I will definitely come back again and would recommend it to everyone. 🫶

We couldn't have asked for a lovely place to stay and no better hosts! It was such a warm and lovely welcome and the house perfect for a nice holiday. It really has everything you need and you can tell how much love Lieke and her family put into the house. It's cozy, practical and just beautiful. The surroundings are great and we will only be happy to come back! Absolutely recommended!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Joost's place! Everything was present, both in the kitchen and in the bedrooms and bathroom. Joost always responded very quickly to messages which is very pleasant. He also lives next to the stay, so he can act quickly if you have a question or problem. Very friendly man!

Good space with all the trimmings. Nothing is missing in the kitchen and everything is thought of. With the Games, good beds and good spaces in the house, it is good to stay in the house with 6 people. The location is also top, in the middle of the woods so you can take a nice walk.

We had a really nice stay at Eftelhuysje. The location of the accommodation is of course perfect, especially for a trip to Efteling. Communication with Sonny was straightforward, nice and access to the place was self-explanatory. The kitchen is well equipped and things like oil, salt and pepper can also be found in the kitchen. However, the description states that a stainless steel oven is available: In the apartment, however, there is only a microwave with grill function and an induction cooktop, with which we were able to manage well. The beds and bathroom were clean and otherwise the accommodation was very nice. The six of us spent two nights in Eftelhuysje and would definitely come back.

We were there with the family (6 adults and 4 children) and felt super comfortable. The rooms are simple but cozy, the kitchen well equipped and everything else we needed was there. Since it is an old house, you should keep in mind that it is very bright and creaks and squeaks in many places - but that didn't bother us. Especially nice for us was the outdoor area with the chickens and many vehicles and toys for the children. A beautiful forest can be reached directly from the property.

The tiny house was a quiet, peaceful place to stay with the basic things I needed to feel settled: a great couch, windows onto a beautiful garden, a comfortable bed, a fine kitchen, coffee, and a cozy loft. Sjoukje was a lovely host and went out of her way to accommodate me and make my stay easy. She lent me a bike and gave me lots of advice about the local area. I really appreciate her and my time here.

What a cosy nice and quiet place to stay. Felt comfy right away. Perfectly green surroundings. Even if rainy get into sauna and heated pool to enjoy backyard nature. Got some bikes to get around the local way. Den Bosch is great to enjoy local pubs and restaurants. Totally recommend to stay here.

I was a guest with a total of 3 people and our dog at Lia's. A beautiful chalet, superbly decorated and clean. The location is wonderful. Walking with the dog, especially in nature. Thanks for having us.

super nice location really something to completely relax and unwind . super nice swimming pool that was neatly maintained, money also for the garden . The fact that we found it a little too quiet is therefore purely personal and has nothing to do with the accommodation, that is definitely recommended

When we arrived, we were pleasantly received by Marieke. We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very big and the nature surrounding the home was calming. The pool was a nice addition to the home.

Nice place, especially if the weather is right. Booking a hot tub is recommended, please note that the swimming pool opens from mid-May. Cottage is a bit noisy, something to take into account.

We were very kindly welcomed by Suzanne and Hans. We felt right at home. The bakery cottage was very cozy and cozy. Also romantic with the starry sky in the bedroom .uzanne and Hans are immediately ready with tips and help for us. Breakfast was super tasty and more than enough. The area is nice for cycling and hiking , also dining nearby. Dog Rocco is a super sweet dog. Margas house is located in a wonderful surrounding in a beautiful area. Marga was very helpful, especially with information about interesting spots and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and would have loved to stay for another week.

A very nice cottage, everything you need is present and also a nice garden. It was also very clean. Fabiola is nice. Highly recommended!

We had 4 beautiful days. Angela is really friendly and helpful. The cottage is small but nice and equipped with all the comforts. Relax on the terrace and in the sauna. Great sofa and bed. In short, a nice place to spend time.

I hardly want to write anything so the cottage is free for us! It is a beautiful cottage, with a lovely garden in a beautiful setting. Annette is very friendly and likes to think along. The cottage is complete and tidy. We'll definitely be back!
