We stayed with 2 families in the cottage of Lotte and Daniel and had a great time. The house is well equipped and offers plenty of employment for young and old. The children especially liked the trampoline. Lotte and Daniel are both very very nice and helpful. We hope to come back sometime.

We had a wonderful stay at Agnes’ place. The location is peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxing, yet just a short 20-minute drive to Billund. Each day, we were warmly greeted by Agnes with fresh, home-baked cakes and breads — such a thoughtful and delicious touch! When we had a spare day, Agnes recommended visiting Ribe, and it was an excellent suggestion — a beautiful, picturesque town perfect for a stroll and a nice lunch. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Agnes, for making our stay so special!

Great house great location and great owner.

We had a wonderful time in mid-April at Bitten's vacation home! The cottage is located in a vacation home settlement, the property is surrounded on all sides by a densely overgrown hedge, so that you have a pleasant privacy. We were very impressed with the amenities! From all kinds of kitchen utensils to barbecue lighters, matches, board games - you didn't have to bring anything :) We would take a vacation at Bitten's again any time!

We were a group of 7 adults and we had a great time in Steen's house. The house is cozy and good equipped. Steen was very kind and always reacting to our questions. He was also flexible with the Check-out time. 5 stars good deserved!

Lovingly furnished hygge house and a feel-good place for the whole family. We had a really nice week and enjoyed the time very much. The tranquility right in the forest, the deer, the cozy corners in the house, the sun terrace ... made it perfect all around. We didn't miss anything. We would love to book the house again right away. The kitchen has everything you need, the many beautiful details in the house make you feel right at home. There were bicycles at the house to get fresh rolls or go shopping. By car we were on the beach in 10 minutes and all the other beautiful beaches were within easy reach. (Vejers/ Borsmose/ Hen,…) Would recommend it to everyone! We had a great time. ♥️

Had a wonderful stay with our family. Nice large living space and very complete kitchen. Children enjoyed the toys and outdoor area provided. One large master bedroom. Two other rooms suitable for children, not adults. Recommended if you are looking for quiet.

It was our first Denmark vacation. We used to prefer the south, but the north is becoming the new south. We enjoyed Hanne and Kurt's vacation home very much. It took a while for us to understand the technology, but after 2 hours we had everything under control. Although located on the street, it was very quiet and we were able to sleep well. The furnishings are functional and cozy. The beds are a bit narrow but there were only two of us and so everyone had a bedroom. We had breakfast on the beautiful terrace sheltered from the wind in the sun. Then RöMö was explored with its huge beach. The city of Ribe is 30 minutes away and also highly recommended. Those who want to have a relaxing vacation are in good hands in Lakolk.

What a magical place! For my husband's 40th Birthday this was the perfect retreat in nature, The surroundings and peaceful outlook from the garden and huge windows were a bonus; the pretty sunset a treat. It felt like a home from home with quality beds, fixtures and a well equipped kitchen. We particularly enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and eating on the deck with the outdoor fire. Katherine and her husband were attentive and responsive to any issues or extra things we needed. Thank you!

Super responsive and helped me via messages. The location is wonderful near forest and 20 minutes driving to Legoland. Please read the description carefully, I didn’t and found that some things are acquired and paid separately. Overall nice experience.

We had a great week in Betina's lovely house. Everything was very clean and the kitchen fully equipped with everything. We were very pleased with the loving details such as the fresh flowers. Our teenage child loved the extra cottage very much. On the positive side, firewood was available. We also found the location good, we could reach everything quickly. All in all, it was a great week and we are happy to recommend the house!

We stayed in Henrik's thatched house for the second time and had another very relaxing week. The house has a wonderful atmosphere, very comfortably furnished. Good armchairs, sofa and lamps for reading. Two terraces, one of which is covered and sheltered from the wind overlooking the dunes. Huge property, totally quiet. A stone's throw to the endless natural beach. Perfect for humans and dogs to relax and recharge. Henrik is a very good host, responds promptly and takes care of things. Thanks for fresh flowers, cold drinks in the fridge and a house where you can just feel comfortable. Best recommendation!

We stayed here with our 3 kids for a week. The house is really great, big enough, clean, everything available. The children had enough space to play in the house and especially outside in the garden and on the terrace. Everything was clean, the kitchen well furnished. Søren was always quickly accessible:) We can definitely recommend this house, especially for families with children:)

We had a super good stay in the small forest cabin, super quiet surroundings and beautiful walks in the area. The cabin has just what you need, and is cozy and authentic. Ulrik was very easy to communicate with and sweet and flexible. We'll definitely be back to experience it in other seasons. If you are into nature and tranquility, this is an amazing gem!

Great wood logg house, superbe beach just over the dune

The cottage is really super nice. Everything was well decorated and super clean. The house is situated in a quiet corner. For the children there were many play opportunities in the garden and in the house. Highly recommended.

We had a really relaxing and cozy stay at Karina's Cabin. We had a simple night, and Karina's place was perfect for the price and purpose. We will definitely visit again the next time we need an easy and accessible accommodation:)

We've had a great stay at Kenneth's place. Everything was as described and the place was cozy and big enough for the three of us (me and 6 year old twins). The place has everything we needed and a big plus was the trampoline in the garden to help get some energy out of the kids :-) Definite recommendation for a stay

Louise's house is tastefully and very functionally decorated. A real summerhouse with a great atmosphere and deer right outside the windows. Walking distance to old Sønderho and Hønen. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and both the washer and dryer. There are a lot of different places to sleep, which was lovely as we were four women from three generations away. We highly recommend Vesterhavshytten and hope to be able to stay again another time.

It was super cozy and a very well equipped kitchen. A huge garden with opportunities to relax. Sun loungers, hammocks,anything you could think of. We fell in love with this place.

The house and 2 outbuildings is completely free in a beautiful setting. Nature and green all around. The house is on a 1 mile long unpaved but stony road and there is hardly or no traffic passing by, only very sometimes a car to the fishing spot located down the road. Nevertheless, the village with the large ABC supermarket is only 2 km away. The game (foxes, deer, marten, hares etc.) walk a few meters away from the house through the field. That can be seen in the house back on the hunting trophies, which are hanging on the wall in the large dining room. You can sleep well with 10 people. The upper floor has its own shower room with toilet, shower and sink. This is easy. Great pizzeria in the village (Napoli; we didn't try the other one). Contactless stay via key box is easy; so you can split up as a group and still always come in via the code. Legoland and Lego house in Billund reachable by car in an hour. Also Ribe, Romo and Christiansfeld very nice.
